Claims (7)
- 車両の幅方向側または進行方向側から外部の空気が流入する吸気口と、前記吸気口から流入した前記空気が排出される排気口とが形成され、前記車両に取り付けられる筐体と、
前記吸気口に設けられるフィルタと、
前記吸気口から流入した空気が前記排気口から排出されるまでに通過する流路と、
前記流路に設けられる送風機と、
前記流路において、前記吸気口の開口面の少なくとも一部と対向する位置であって、前記吸気口との間隔が定められた範囲内である位置に設けられる遮蔽部材と、
前記筐体の内部において、前記流路の外側に収容された電子部品と、
前記電子部品に接続され、前記流路に露出した部分から、前記電子部品で発生した熱を放熱する放熱器と、
を備え、
前記吸気口から流入した前記空気の少なくとも一部は、前記遮蔽部材に向かってから、前記遮蔽部材に沿って流れ、前記放熱器および前記送風機を通って前記排気口から排出される、
車両用制御装置。 - 前記遮蔽部材は、前記吸気口の前記開口面の全体と対向する板状部材であって、
前記吸気口から流入した前記空気は前記遮蔽部材に向かってから、前記遮蔽部材に沿って流れ、前記放熱器および前記送風機を通って前記排気口から排出される、
請求項1に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記遮蔽部材の前記排気口に近い端部は前記流路の内壁に固着され、
前記吸気口から流入した前記空気は前記遮蔽部材に向かってから、前記遮蔽部材に沿って、前記排気口から離れる方向に流れてから折り返し、前記放熱器および前記送風機を通って前記排気口から排出される、
請求項2に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記吸気口は、前記車両の幅方向と直交する前記筐体の面に形成され、
前記排気口は、前記車両の進行方向と直交する前記筐体の面に形成され、
前記放熱器は、前記車両の進行方向に延び、鉛直方向に間隔をあけて形成されるフィンを有し、
前記送風機は、前記吸気口から流入した前記空気を前記車両の幅方向に吸気して、前記車両の進行方向に排気する、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記フィルタの水平方向の断面の形状は、連続する矩形状の凹部および矩形状の凸部によって形成される凹凸形状である請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。
- 前記フィルタは、
第1のフィルタと、
前記第1のフィルタより前記流路の内側に設けられ、網目が前記第1のフィルタの網目より細かい第2のフィルタと、を有する、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用制御装置。 - 前記第1のフィルタおよび前記第2のフィルタの水平方向の断面の形状は、連続する矩形状の凹部および矩形状の凸部によって形成される凹凸形状であり、
水平方向の断面において、前記第1のフィルタの前記凹部の幅方向の長さは、前記第2のフィルタの前記凹部の前記幅方向の長さより短く、前記第1のフィルタの前記凸部の前記幅方向の長さは、前記第2のフィルタの前記凸部の前記幅方向の長さより長く、
前記吸気口の前記開口面に直交する方向における前記第1のフィルタと前記第2のフィルタとの間隔は、前記吸気口の前記開口面に直交する方向における前記第1のフィルタの幅より狭い、
