Claims (1)
- 원통형의 도관과; 상기 도관의 상.하단에 접속되는 유체의 유.출입관과; 상기 도관의 내벽면에 복수개가 같은 극끼리 대향토록 설치되는 영구자석과; 상기 영구자석을 수용토록 도관 내벽면에 복수개가 부착설치되는 영구자석케이스와; 상기 케이스의 상하로 도관 내부를 향해 돌출하는 지지대와; 상기 지지대 사이에서 고정설치되는 코일뭉치와; 상기 코일뭉치와 직교하는 방향의 도관의 상.하내벽면에 설치되는 초음파진동자와; 상기 도관 내부를 흐르는 유체의 특성을 감지하는 감지소자와; 및 상기 감지소자로부터 감지된 유체특성에 따라 상기 코일뭉치에의 고주파전류를 조절하고 또한 상기 초음파진동자의 초음파강도를 조절하는 제어장치와로 구성되므로써 자화된 유체분자에 전자기상태에서의 상이한 공명현상과 초음파충격에 의하여 유체를 처리하게 됨을 특징으로 하는 유체처리장치.
