Claims (31)
- 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 산 부가염 및 치료학적으로 불활성인 담체를 포함하는, 스테롤 생합성을 저해하기 위한 항진균 활성 조성물.상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 저급 알케닐을 나타내거나, 또는 함께 C2내지 C4를 갖는 직쇄 알킬렌을 나타내고, R3는 수소, 할로겐 또는 저급 알킬을 나타내고, Q는 2개의 자유 원자가 사이에 C4내지 C11, 최소한 C4를 갖는 알킬렌 또는 알케닐렌을 나타내고, Y 및 Y'은 각각 직접 결합하거나, 또는 그룹 -CH2-, -CH2CH2-, -CH=CH- 또는 -C1_C-을 나타내고, 그룹 R1R2N-Q-O-는 A로 나타낸 고리의 3- 또는 4-위치에 결합되고, R은 고리가 치환되지 않거나, 또는 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 시아노, 니트로, 저급 알킬 및/또는 저급 알콕시에 의해 일- 또는 다 치환됨을 나타낸다.
- 치료학적으로 활성인 물질로서 사용하기 위한 하기 일반식(Ia)의 화합물 및 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 산 부가염:상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 저급 알케닐을 나타내거나, 또는 함께 C2내지 C4를 갖는 직쇄 알킬렌을 나타내고, R3는 수소, 할로겐 또는 저급 알킬을 나타내고, Q'는 2개의 자유원자가 사이에 C5내지 C11, 최소한 C5를 갖는 알킬렌 또는 2개의 자유 원자가 사이에 C4내지 C, 최소한 C4를 갖는 알케닐렌을 나타내고, Y 및 Y'은 각각 직접 결합하거나, 또는 그룹 -CH2-, -CH2CH2-, -CH=CH- 또는 -C1_C-을 나타내고, 그룹 R1R2N-Q'-O- 는 A 로 나타낸 고리의 3- 또는 4-위치에 결합되고, R 은 고리가 치환되지 않거나, 또는 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 시아노, 니트로, 저급 알킬 및/또는 저급 알콕시에 의해 일- 또는 다치환됨을 나타낸다.
- 하기 일반식(Ia)의 화합물 및 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 산 부가염:상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소, 저급 알킬 또는 저급 알케닐을 나타내거나, 또는 함께 C2내지 C4를 갖는 직쇄 알킬렌을 나타내고, R3는 수소, 할로겐 또는 저급 알킬을 나타내고, Q'는 2개의 자유원자가 사이에 C5내지 C11, 최소한 C5를 갖는 알킬렌 또는 2개의 자유 원자가 사이에 C4내지 C11, 최소한 C4를 갖는 알케닐렌을 나타내고, Y 및 Y' 은 각각 직접 결합하거나, 또는 그룹 -CH2-, -CH2CH2-, -CH=CH-, -C1_C-을 나타내고, 그룹 R1R2N-Q'-O-는 A 로 나타낸 고리의 3- 또는 4-위치에 결합되고, R은 고리가 치환되지 않거나, 또는 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 시아노, 니트로, 저급 알킬 및/또는 저급 알콕시에 의해 일- 또는 다치환됨을 나타내고, 단 Q' 가 C5를 갖는 알킬렌을 나타내고, R1및 R2가 동시에 C2이상을 갖는 저급 알킬을 나타내는 경우 Y 및 Y'는 동시에 직접 결합하지 않는다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 수소 또는 저급 알킬을 나타내거나, 또는 함께 C2내지 C4를 갖는 직쇄알킬렌을 나타내고, R3가 수소를 나타내고, Q'가 2개의 자유원자가 사이에 C5내지 C11, 최소한 C5를 갖는 알킬렌을 나타내고, R은 고리가 치환되지 않거나, 또는 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 니트로, 저급 알킬 또는 저급 알콕시에 의해 다치환됨을 나타내는 화합물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, Q'가 C5내지 C7를 갖는 분지되지 않은 알킬렌을 나타내는 화합물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 C1내지 C4알킬 또는 C3내지 C4알케닐을 나타내거나, 또는 함께 C3내지 C4알킬렌을 나타내는 화합물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 그룹 R1R2N-Q'-O-가 A 로 나타낸 고리의 4-위치에 결합하는 화합물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, Y 가 직접 결합하거나, 또는 그룹 -CH2-를 나타내는 화합물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, Y 가 직접 결합하는 화합물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, Y' 가 직접 결합하거나, 또는 그룹 -CH2-, -CH2CH2- 또는 -CH=CH-를 나타내는 화합물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, Y'가 직접 결합하거나, 또는 그룹 -CH2-를 나타내는 화합물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, R 이 고리가 치환되지 않거나, 또는 할로겐, 니트로 및/또는 저급 알킬에 의해 일- 또는 이치환됨을 나타내는 화합물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 4-[(6-(디메틸아미노)헥실)옥시]벤조페논, 4'-[(6-(디에틸아미노)헥실)옥시]-3-페닐프로피오페논, 4-[(6-(디메틸아미노)헥실)옥시]-3-페닐프로피오페논, (E)-4'-[(6-(디메틸아미노)헥실)옥시]-3-페닐아크릴로페논, 4-[(6-(디메틸아미노)헥실)옥시)]벤조페논, 4-[(6-(디메틸아미노)헥실)옥시]-4'-플루오로벤조페논, 4-[(6-(1-아제티디닐)헥실)옥시]벤조페논, 4-[(6-(1-피롤리디닐)헥실)옥시]벤조페논, 2-[4-[(6-(디메틸아미노)헥실)옥시]페닐]아세토페논, 4-[(7-(디메틸아미노)헵틸)옥시]벤조페논 또는 4-[(5-(디메틸아미노)펜틸)옥시]벤조페논인 화합물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 4-[[6-(알릴메틸아미노)헥실]옥시]-2-페닐아세토페논, 4-[[6-(알릴메틸아미노)헥실]옥시]-4'-플루오로벤조페논, 트랜스-4-[[4-(알릴메틸아미노)-2-부테닐]옥시]벤조페논, 4-[[6-(알릴메틸아미노)헥실]옥시]-3-메틸벤조페논, 트랜스-4-[[4-(알릴메틸아미노)-2-부테닐]옥시]-2',4'-디클로로벤조페논, 4-[[6-(알릴메틸아미노)헥실]옥시]-4'-니트로벤조페논 또는 4-[[6-(알릴메틸아미노)헥실]옥시]-3-클로로벤조페논인 화합물.
- 제 15 항에서 정의한 일반식(II)의 화합물.
- 제 3 항에 따르는 화합물 및 치료학적으로 불활성인 담체를 포함하는, 항진균 활성 약제.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 추가의 활성 성분으로서 스테롤 생합성을 저해하는 미코나졸 유형의 전신성, 항진균 활성 아줄 및 나프티핀 유형의 전신성, 항진균 활성 알릴아민 중에서 선택된 또다른 항진균 활성 물질을 포함하는 약제.
- 치료학적으로 불활성인 담체와 함께 효과량의 제 1 항에 정의된 일반식(I)의 화합물 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 산 부가염을, 병원성 진균에 의해 야기된 국부 또는 전신 감염의 억제 또는 예방을 필요로 하는 인간을 제외한 포유 동물 환자에게 투여함을 포함하는 상기 질환을 억제 또는 예방하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 미코나졸 유형의 전신성, 항진균 활성 아졸 및 나프티핀 유형의 전신성, 항진균 활성 알릴아민 중에서 선택된 활성 물질을 또한 포함하는 항진균 활성 조성물.

- 제 19항에 있어서, 미코나졸 유형의 전신성, 항진균 활성 아졸 및 나프티핀 유형의 전신성, 항진균 활성 알릴아민 중에서 선택된 항진균 활성 물질을 또한 포함하는 방법.
