- 하소시킨 후에 1.8 나노미터 이상의 d-간격에서 적어도 하나의 피이크를 갖는 X-선 회절 패턴을 나타내고, 6.7kPa(50 토르) 및 25℃에서 결정상 물질 100g 당 벤젠 15g 이상의 벤젠 흡착 용량을 갖는 다공성의 비적층형 무기 결정상 물질을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직경이 1.3 나노미터 이상인 균일한 크기의 기공이 육각배열을 이루며, 하소시킨 후에 1.8 나노미터 이상의 d100값을 갖는 것으로 색인될 수 있는 육각 전자 회절 패턴을 나타내는 다공성의 무기 결정상 물질을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결정상 물질이 하소시킨 후에 1.0 나노미터 d-간격 이상의 위치에서 두 개이상의 피이크를 나타내고, 이들중의 하나이상의 피이크는 1.8 나노미터 d-간격 이상의 위치에서 나타나며, 약 1.0 나노미터 d-간격 미만의 위치에서는 가장 강한 피이크의 20% 보다 큰 상대세기를 갖는 피이크는 나타나지 않는 X-선 회절 패턴을 갖는 조형물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결정상 물질이 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 조성물.Mn/q(WaXbYcZdOh)상기식에서, M은 하나 또는 그 이상의 이온이고; n은 산화물로 표현된 M을 제외한 조성물의 전하이며; q는 M의 가중 몰평균 원자가이고; n/q는 M의 몰수 또는 몰분율이며; W는 하나 또는 그이상의 2가 원소이고; X는 하나 또는 그이상의 3가 원소이며; Y는 하나 또는 그이상의 4가 원소이고; Z는 하나 또는 그이상의 5가 원소이며 a, b, c 및 d는 각각 W, X, Y 및 Z의 몰분율이고; h는 1내지 2.5의 수이며; a+b+c+d는 1이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 제1 내지 제14도, 제21도 및 제25 내지 28도중 어느 한 도면에 도시된 X-선 회절 패턴을 갖는 조성물.
- 산화물의 몰비로 나타내어 하기 표시되는 바와 같은 범위의 조성을 갖는 반응 혼합물을 결정화시킴을 특징으로하여, 제1항의 조성물을 합성하는 방법.상기에서, e 및 f는 각각 M 및 R의 가중 평균 원자가이고, 용매는 C1-C6알콜 또는 디올, 또는 물이며, R은 일반식 R1R2R3R4Q+을 갖는 유기 배향제로 이루어지고, 여기에서 Q는 질소 또는 인이고, R1, R2, R3및 R4중의 하나이상은 6 내지 36개의 탄소원자를 갖는 아릴 또는 알킬기이며, R1, R2, R3및 R4중의 나머지들은 각각 수소 및 C1-C5알킬기로부터 선택된다.
- 제6항에 있어서, R이 R1, R2, R3및 R4각각이 수소 및 C1-C5알킬기로부터 선택되는 상기 언급된 배향제와 동일한 구조식을 갖는 추가의 유기 배향제를 포함하는 방법.
- 유기 화합물-또는 무기 화합물-함유 공급원료를 촉매 전환 조건하에서 제1항에 따른 조성물의 활성형을 포함하는 촉매와 접촉시킴을 특징으로하여, 유기화합물-또는 무기화합물-함유 공급원료를 촉매적으로 전환시키는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 공급원료가 탄화수소로 이루어지고, 전환 반응에 탄화수소의 분자량을 감소시키는 크래킹 또는 히드로크래킹 반응이 포함되는 방법.
