Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 셀룰로오스, 수성 3차 아민-옥사이드, 비용매 및 안정화제를 각각 함유하는 성형재료 및 방사재료로서, 염기 작용을 하는 안정화제로서 인산염을 제공하지 않는 조건 하에, 염기 작용 및 산화방지 작용 모두를 갖는 1종 이상의 안정화제를 포함하는 성형재료 및 방사재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화방지제 및 OH-이온이 안정화제로서 제공되는 성형 재료 및 방사재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안정화제로서 탄닌, 페놀 또는 글리세르알데히드, 또는 4개 이상의 탄소원자 및 2개 이상의 콘쥬게이트 이중 결합, 및 하나 이상의 수소원자를 갖는 2개 이상의 히드록실기 또는 아미노기를 함유하는 1종 이상의 유기 화합물이 제공되는 성형재료 및 방사재료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 유기 화합물이 피로카테킨, 피로갈롤, 갈산, 갈산 메틸 에스테르, 갈산 에틸 에스테르, 갈산 프로필 에스테르 및 갈산 이소프로필 에스테르로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 유기 폴리히드록시 화합물인 성형재료 및 방사재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 알칼리 수산화물 또는 아민이 염기 작용을 하는 안정화제로서 제공되는 성형재료 및 방사재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 갈산 프로필 에스테르가 산화방지 작용을 하는 안정화제로서 제공되며, 수산화나트륨이 염기 작용을 하는 안정화제로서 제공되는 성형재료 및 방사재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화방지제가 셀룰로오스의 양을 기준으로 하여, 100ppm 이상의 농도로 존재하는 성형재료 및 방사재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산화방지 작용을 하는 안정화제의 일부 또는 전부가 히드록실아민의 성형재료 및 방사재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, N-메틸-모르폴린-N-옥사이드가 3차 아민-옥사이드로서 제공되는 성형재료 및 방사재료.
- 셀룰로오스를 수성 3차 아민-옥사이드 중에 현탁시키고, 이렇게 해서 수득한 셀룰로오스 현탁액을 열 및 감압을 적용시켜 각각 성형재료 및 방사재료로 전환시켜서 제 1항에 따르는 성형재료 및 방사 재료를 제조하는 방법으로서, (X)염기가 첨가된 수성 3차 아민-옥사이드를 사용하고, (Y) 산화방지제로서 작용하는 안정화제를 함유하는 셀룰로오스 현탁액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a) 셀룰로오스를 수성 3차 아민-옥사이드 중에 혼합시켜서, 셀룰로오스 현탁액을 수득하는 단계, (b) 셀룰로오스 현탁액에 열 및 감압을 적용시켜 셀룰로오스 용액을 수득하는 단계, (c) 셀룰로오스 용액을 성형시키고, 수성 침전욕 내에 도입시켜서, 셀룰로오스 성형물 및 사용된 침전욕을 형성시키는 단계, (d) 사용된 침전욕을 정제하는 단계, 및 (e) 정제된 침전욕을 농축시켜서 단계 (a)에서 다시 사용되는 제 2의 수성 3차 아민-옥사이드를 수득하는 단계를 수행하여, 셀룰로오스 성형물을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법으로서, 단계 (c)이후 및 단계 (b) 이전에, 염기 작용 및 산화방지 작용 모두를 갖는 1종 이상의 안정화제를 공정에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 산화방지제로서 작용하는 안정화제가 단계 (a)를 수행하기 직전 또는 도중에 도입되는 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 염기로서 작용하는 안정화제가 단계(c) 이후 및 단계(a) 이전에 공정에 도입되는 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 산화방지제 및 염기로서 제3항 내지 제6항 및 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 화합물이 사용되는 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, N-메틸모르폴린-N-옥사이드가 3차 아민-옥사이드로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 성형재료 및 방사재료의 제조 공정 및 단계(b)가 필름트루더에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 성형 재료 및 방사재료의 공정 및 단계 (b)가 필름트루더에서 수행되는 방법.
