Claims (6)
- 적어도 한개 이상의 콘트롤밸브와 병렬연결되어 작동유를 공급하는 제 1유압펌프와, 적어도 한개 이상의 콘트롤밸브와 병렬연결되어 작동유를 공급하는 제 2 유압펌프와, 상기 제 2유압펌프의 병렬유로중 소정지점과 제 1 유압펌프측 소정 액츄에이터의 공급유로를 연결하는 유로중에 설치되어 소정의 신호압이 작용하면 폐쇄되어 있던 상기 유로를 개방하는 로직밸브와, 상기 제 2 유압펌프의 병렬유로로부터 상기 로직밸브 통과전의 상기 유로의 소정 지점에서 분기되어 상기 로직밸브에 파일롯압을 공급하는 제 1 파일롯유로와, 상기 제 1 파일롯유로중에 설치되어 소정의 신호압이 작용하면 개방되어 있던 상기 제 1 파일롯유로를 폐쇄전환하여 상기 로직밸브에 소정의 신호압을 차단하는 제 1 파일롯유로개폐밸브를 구비하는 중장비용 유량 합류장치에 있어서 : 상기 제 2 유압펌프의 센터바이패스유로 중 모든 콘트롤밸브를 통과한 소정위치에 설치되어 소정의 신호압이 작용하면 개방되어있던 상기 센터바이패스유로를 폐쇄전환하는 유로개폐밸브 ; 및 상기 제 1파일롯유로개폐밸브를 구동하는 제 2 파일롯유로중에 설치되며, 소정의 외부신호에 의해 상기 제 2 파일롯유로를 개폐하는 제 2 파일롯유로개폐밸브를 구비하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 중장비용 유량 합류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 파일롯유로개폐밸브는, 소정의 전기적 신호에 의해 작동하여 제 2 파일롯유로에 파일롯유를 공급하는 위치에서 제 2 파일롯유로내의 파일롯유가 탱크로 귀환되는 위치로 절환하는 솔레노이드밸브임을 특징으로 하는 중장비용유량 합류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유로개폐밸브에 작용하는 상기 소정의 신호압은 상기 제 1 파일롯유로개폐밸브의 스풀을 구동하기 위한 신호압인 것을 특징으로 하는 중장비용 유량 합류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 파일롯유로개폐밸브에 작용하는 상기 외부신호는, 상기 제 2 유압펌프측 소정의 콘트롤밸브의 스풀을 구동하는 신호압인 것을 특징으로 하는 중장비용 유량 합류장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 파일롯유로개폐밸브에 작용하는 상기 외부신호는, 상기 제 1 유압펌프측 소정의 콘트롤밸브로부터 토출되어 이와 연결된 액츄에이터를 구동하는 작동압으로 부터 공급된 신호압인 것을 특징으로 하는 중장비용 유량 합류장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 유압펌프측 소정의 콘트롤밸브를 구동하는 신호압 라인과 상기 제 2 유압펌프측 소정의 콘트롤밸브에서 액츄에이터를 구동하는 작동압 라인 중 어느 한 라인에 설치되어 압력을 감지하여 상기솔레노이드밸브를 구동하는 상기 전기적 신호를 공급하는 압력스위치를 더 구비하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 중장비용 유량 합류장치.
