Claims (16)
- 다음 일반식으로 표시되는 고분자 화합물X'-B-O(C(R)2-C(R)2-O)nB-X-A-PS상기 식에서, PS는 폴리스티렌이고, R은 수소이거나, 선형 또는 가지가 있는 알킬기이며, X는 1차 또는 2차 아민기이며, X'는 반응성 관능기로서 아미노산 유도체, 뉴클레오티드, 펩티드 등의 합성을 위한 링커(linker)이며, A는 다음 구조식으로 나타내어지는 분자 구조이고,m은 0∼3의 정수이며, B는 선형 또는 가지가 달린 알킬 사슬이고, n은 2∼50의 정수이다.
- 제 1항의 고분자 화합물에 있어서, X'가 아민기인 것인 고분자 화합물.
- 제 1항의 고분자 화합물에 있어서, X'가 티옥기인 것인 고분자 화합물.
- 제 1항의 고분자 화합물에 있어서, X'가 히드록실기인 것인 고분자 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 20∼400 메쉬의 크기를 갖는 구형 수지로서, 폴리스틸렌의 내부와 폴리에틸렌 글리콜로 이루어진 외표면을 가지는 것인 고분자 화합물.
- 제 1항의 고분자 화합물의 폴리스티렌 부분이 0.5∼50wt(%) 범위의 디비닐벤젠에 의해서 가교되어 있는 것인 고분자 화합물.
- 제 1항의 고분자 화합물의 폴리스티렌 부분이 0.5∼50wt(%) 범위의 비스아크릴로일에틸렌디아민에 의해서 가교되어 있는 것인 고분자 화합물.
- 대칭 구조를 가지는 폴리옥시에틸렌 유도체를 용매에 녹인 후 상기 폴리옥시에틸렌 유도체의 양쪽 말단에 스티렌 단량체와 중합 가능한 이중 결합을 가지는 화합물을 도입시켜 마크로머를 제조하고, 이렇게 제조된 마크로머를 스티렌 단량체와 물에 현탁시켜 중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 내부와 폴리에틸렌글리콜로 이루어진 외표면을 가지는 구형(球形)수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서 폴리옥시에틸렌 유도체를 녹이는 데 사용되는 용매가 테트라하이드로푸란인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서 폴리옥시에틸렌 유도체를 녹이는 데 사용되는 용매가 아세토니트릴인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서 폴리옥시에틸렌 유도체를 녹이는 데 사용되는 용매가 디클로로메탄인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 스티렌 단량체와 중합 가능한 이중 결합을 가지는 화합물이 메타크릴로일 클로라이드인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 스티렌 단량체와 중합 가능한 이중 결합을 가지는 화합물이 아크릴로일 클로라이드인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 스티렌 단량체와 중합 가능한 이중 결합을 가지는 화합물이 4-비닐밴조산과 디시클로헥실카보디이미드의 혼합물인 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 부분을 디비닐벤젠을 사용하여 가교시키는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 부분을 비스아크릴로일에틸렌디아민을 사용하여 가교시키는 것인 제조 방법.
