Claims (6)
- Thermus 속 유래의 아미노 말단이 Ala-Pro-Gln-Asp-Asn-Ser-Leu-Xaa-Ile-Gly-Ala-(Ser)의 서열을 가지는 고온성 효소 풀루란아제(pullulanase).
- 제1항에 있어서, 더머스 칼도필러스 GK-24(Thermus caldophilus GK-24)로 부터 생산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소 풀루란아제.
- 제1항 도는 제2항에 있어서, 풀푸란, α,β-제한 덱스트린(α,β-limited dextrin), β-제한 덱스트린(β-limited dextrin), 가용성 녹말, 아밀로펙틴, 감자녹말 그리고 글리코겐을 가수분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소 풀루란아제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분자량이 64 kDa인 것을 특징으로 하는 효소 풀루란아제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, pH 5.0∼60에서 최대의 활성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 효소 풀루란아제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 70∼80℃에서 최대의 활성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 플루란아제.
