Claims (7)
- 총(2n+1)개 (여기서, n은 1 이상의 정수이다)의 층에서 첫번재 지지체상에 교대로 형성된 주성분이 Ag인 필름 및 산화물 필름의 코팅과 함께 산화물 필름의 최내부 층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 지지체상에 형성된 저 방사 필름으로서, 저 방사 필름의 X-선 회절선도 상에서 Ag 입방체의 (111) 회절선의 적분폭 βi(°)이 다음 부등식의 첫번째 범위내에 존재하는 저 방사 필름 :(상기 식에서, d(Å)주 성분이 Ag인 필름의 두께이고, λ(Å)는 측정용 X-선의 파장을 나타내며 θ는 브라그 각도를 나타낸다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 적분폭 βi(°)이의 두번째 범위내에 존재하는 저 방사 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적분폭 βi(°)이의 세번째 범위내에 존재하는 저 방사 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주성분이 Ag인 필름 및 산화물 필름 사이의 계면에 형성된, Ag의 결정성 불완전함을 완화시킬 목적의 층 또는 틈새층(interstitial layer)을 더 포함하는 저 방사 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물 필름 (B)가 첫번째 지지체로부터 가장 멀리 떨어진 주성분이 Ag인 필름 (A)의 바깥면상에 형성되고, 1.1×1010dyne/㎠이하의 내부 응력을 갖는 저 방사 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물 필름 (B)가 첫번째 지지체로부터 가장 멀리 떨어진 주성분이 Ag 인 필름(A)의 바깥면 상에 형성되고, 주성분이 육방정계 결정구조를 갖는 산화아연인 층을 적어도 하나이상 포함하는 단일층 또는 다중층으로 구성되어 있으며, CuKα선을 이용하는 X-선 회절법에 의한 육방정계 산화아연의 (002)회절선의 회절 각도 2θ(중심위치)의 값이 33.88°이상, 35.00°이하인 저 방사 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물 필름(B)가 첫번째 지지체로부터 가장 멀리 떨어진 주성분이 Ag인 필름(A)의 바깥면상에 형성되고, 다중층 필름으로 구성되는데, 다중층 필름의 최외곽층이 저 방사 필름과 다른 지지체와의 적층을 위해 끼워진 중간 플라스틱 필름간의 접착 강도를 조절하기 위한 조절층인 저 방사 필름.
