Claims (5)
- 레이저 빔을 생성하는 레이저와, 안구내의 목표를 향해 빔을 전달하는 광학장치와, 안구내의 목표에 대해 레이저 유도 변화를 생성하기 위해 선택된 안구 내의 적절한 패턴을 통해 출력 레이저 빔을 주사하는 빔 주사 어셈블리를 포함하는 수술용 레이저 빔 주사장치로서, 레이저 빔의 경로에 직렬로 위치하는 한쌍의 인접한 약한 프리즘과, 각각의 프리즘에 연결되어 프리즘에 접근하는 레이저 빔의 경로와 정렬된 축을 중심으로 같은 방향 또는 반대방향으로 각각의 프리즘이 회전될 수 있게 하는 회전 스테이지를 포함하는 회전 스테이지 수단과, 각각의 회전 스테이지에 연결되어 프리즘의 회전위치와 방향 및 속도를 개별적으로 제어하고 변경하는 모터수단과, 모터수단에 연결되어 방사상 추적, 비방사상 선형 추적, 원형 또는 타원형 추적 및 목표를 가로지르는 빔의 병진운동 및/ 또는 회전의조합을 포함하는 외과적 처리에서 목표상에 레이저 빔을 추적하는데 필요한 패턴 및 선택된 위치에 따라 각각이 프리즘의 회전 위치와 방향 및 회전속도를 독립적으로 그리고 다른 프리즘과 관련하여 제어하는 빔 조정 제어수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수술용 레이저 빔 주사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쌍으로된 프리즘이 대물렌즈 어셈블리에 인접배치됨으로써 쌍으로 된 프리즘에서 나오는 빔 경로의 각도 변화가 대물렌즈로 들어가는 빔 체적의 손실을 최소로 함을 특징으로 하는 수술용 레이저 빔 주사장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 레이저 빔의 경로에서 직렬로 배치되는 제2프리즘 쌍과, 제2프리즘 쌍에 연결되어 제2프리즘 쌍의 프리즘 이 각각 같은 방향 또는 반대방향으로 회전될 수 있게 하는 제2회전 스테이지 수단과 제2회전 스테이지 수단의 각각의 회전 스테이지에 연결되어 제2프리즘 쌍의 회전을 개별적으로 제어하는 제2모터수단을 또한 포함하며, 상기 빔 조정 제어수단은 상기 제2모터수단에 연결되어 제2프리즘 쌍의 회전을 제어함으로써 제2프리즘 쌍은 상기한 쌍으로 된 인접한 약한 프리즘에 의해 발생되는 주사패턴의 중심을 재위치시키는데 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 수술용 레이저 빔 주사장치.
- 레이저 빔을 생성하는 레이저와, 안구내의 목표를 향해 빔을 전달하는 대물렌즈를 포함하는 광학장치와, 선택된 목표상에서 특정 수술을 행하기 위해 적절한 패턴을 통해 출력 레이저 짐을 주사하는 빔 조정 어셈블리를 포함하는 레이저 빔 주사장치로서, 레이저 빔의 경로에 직렬로 위치하는 한쌍의 인접한 약한 프리즘과, 각각의 프리즘에 연결되어 프리즘에 접근하는 레이저 빔의 경로와 정렬된 공통축을 중심으로 같은 방향 또는 반대방향으로 각각의 프리즘이 회전될 수 있게 하는 회전스테이지를 포함하는 회전 스테이지 수단과 각각의 회전 스테이지에 연결되어 프리즘의 회전을 개별적으로 제어하는 모터수단으로 구성됨으로써 각각의 프리즘의 회전위치 및 방향과 회전속도는 방사상 추적, 비방사상 선형 추적, 원형 또는 타원형 추적 및 목표를 가로지르는 빔의 병진운동 및/또는 회전의 조합을 포함하여 주사된 각막 조직을 절개하고, 안구의 국부적인 표면 윤곽은 변경하기하기 위해 목표상의 레이저 빔의 추적에 필요한 패턴 및 선택된 위치에 따라 독립적으로 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 레이저 빔 주사장치.
- 목표상에 레이저 빔을 교차방향으로 위치시키고 주사하며, 목표상에서 선택된 주사패턴을 생성하며, 목표상에서 추적된 패턴을 생성하는 방법으로서, 각각의 회전 스테이지에 연결되어 레이저 빔의 경로와 정렬된 축을 중심으로 프리즘의 회전을 개별적으로 제어하는 모터수단과 함께 회전 스테이지에 장착되는 한쌍의 인접한 프리즘을 장치의 대물렌즈의 상부에서 레이저 빔의 경로에 직렬로 위치시키고, 모터수단을 제어하여 목표상에서 레이저 빔을 추적하는데 필요한 패턴 및 선택된 위치에 따라 각각의 프리즘의 회전위치 및 방향과 회전속도를 제어함으로써 회전 프리즘이 방사상 추적, 비방사상 선형 추적, 원형 또는 타원형 추적 및 목표를 가로지르는 빔의 병진운동 및/또는 회전의조합을 발생시키는 데 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
