Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 올레핀 충진원료를, (A) 알콜, 에스테르, 에테르, 유기 할로겐화물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 유기 화합물 ; (B) TiCl4를 포함하는 루이스산 ; 및 (C) 2,6-디-t-부틸피리딘, 치환된 2,6-디-t-부틸피리딘 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 피리딘 화합물과 중합대역에서 중합조건하에 접촉시켜 중합체를 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 올레핀의 중합방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양자성 불순물이 상기 중합대역에 존재하고, 상기 중합대역에 존재하는 상기 피리딘 화합물이 상기 양자성 불순물에 대해 화학양론적양 이상의 양인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합대역에 존재하는 상기 피리딘 화합물이 상기 양자성 불순물에 대한 화학양론적양 보다 많은 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치환된 2,6-디-t-부틸 피리딘이 2,6-디-t-부틸-4-메틸 피리딘인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 루이스산이 TiCl4인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 중합대역중에서 상기 TiCl4의 몰수가 상기 유기화합물(A)에 대해 화학양론적양 이상의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 TiCl4의 몰수가 상기 유기 화합물(A)에 대한 화학 양론적양의 약 2배 내지 40배 범위인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 충진원료가 C4-C7이소모노올레핀, C4-C14다중올레핀, 비닐리덴 방향족 화합물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 올레핀을 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비닐리덴 방향족 화합물이 스티렌인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비닐리덴 방향족 화합물이 α-메틸스티렌, 파라-메틸스티렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 알킬스티렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물이 유기 할로겐화물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합조건이 약 -100℃ 내지 약 10℃ 범위의 온도를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합대역이 부가적으로 희석제를 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 희석제가 C1-C4할로겐화 탄화수소, C5-C8지방족 탄화수소, C5-C10환상 탄화수소 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 방법.
