Claims (6)
- 믹스코크스 속 (Myxococcus sp.)의 점액세균을 배양하고, 균체 및 배양액을 유기용매로 추출한 다음 감압 농축하여 얻은 조추출물을 이용하여 흡착 칼럼 크로마토그래피, 젤 침투 그로마토그래피 및 고속 액체 크로마토그래피를 수행함으로써 제 1항의 화합물을 얻는 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 균체를 아세톤 또는 메탄올로 추출한 다음 이를 배양액과 함께 다시 에틸 아세테이트, 클로로포름 또는 염화 메틸렌 용매로 추출하고, 조추출물은 에틸 아세테이트-핵산 또는 에틸 아세테이트-염화메틸렌 용매를 이용한 흡착 크로마토그래피로 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 토양에서 분리한 제 1항의 화합물을 생산하는 믹소코크스 속의 점액세균.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 믹소코크스 속 JW025 균주 (수탁번호 : KCTC 0337 BP)
- 제 1항의 화학식 1 의 화합물 및 그의 유도체를 유효성분으로 하는 약학적 조성물을 항종양제로 사용하는 용도.
