Description
Claims (17)
- 자동차의 차실을 구성하는 필러(1)의 차실내측면을 피복하는 트림부재(10)를 구비하고, 이 필러(1)의 차실내측면(2A)과 이 트림부재(10)와의 사이에 이 트림부재(10) 표면으로부터 이 필러(1)쪽으로 향하는 충격에너지를 흡수할 수 있는 충격흡수부재(11,23)가 개설되고, 상기 필러(1)의 차실안쪽정면을 덮는 정면부(10A) 및 이 필러(1)의 차실내옆가장자리부를 덮는 옆가장자리부(10B)를 가지고 형성되는 이 필러(1)의 차실안쪽을 피복하는 트림부재(10)를 구비하고, 상기 충격흡수부재(11,23)가, 상기 트림부재(10)의 이 옆가장자리부(10B)의 안쪽에 상기 필러(1)의 차실안쪽비스듬한 옆쪽으로부터의 충격에너지를 흡수할 수 있도록 설치되는 동시에, 충격에너지흡수시에, 상기 트림부재(10)의 상기 옆가장자리부(10B)를 상기 필러(1)의 옆가장자리단부에 당접하지 않는 위치에 안내하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충격흡수부재(11)로서, 이 정면부(10A)의 안쪽에, 이 필러(1)의 차실안쪽정면방향으로부터의 충격에너지를 흡수할 수 있는 충격흡수용리브가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 충격흡수용리브(11) 및 상기 트림부재(10)가 수지재료에 의해 일체형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충격흡수부재가 충격에너지입력시에 소요의 변형모드에서 변형할 수 있는 가요성부재(23)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 충격흡수부재가, 상기한 소요의 변형모드에서 변형할 수 있도록 미리 굴곡점이 형성된 판금부재(23)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 충격흡수부재는 일단부가 상기 필러(1)에 결합되고 타단부가 상기 트림부재(10)의 옆가장자리부(10B)에 결합된 트림부재장착용 브래킷(23)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필러(1)의 옆가장자리단부에 플랜지부(4,5)가 형성되고, 상기 트림부재(10)의 이 옆가장자리부(10B)가, 상기 플랜지부(4,5)로부터 충격에너지 흡수스트로크분의 거리를 벌리면서 이 플랜지부(4,5)를 상기 차실안쪽부터 피복하도록 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지부(4,5)에 플랜지트림(6,7)이 장착되고 이 플랜지트림(6,7)에, 상기 트림부재(10)의 이 옆가장자리부(10B)의 끝가장자리에 접합하는 돌출부(6A,7A)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 내부부재(2)와 외부부재(3)를 옆가장자리의 플랜지부(4,5)에서 서로 결합시켜 이루어진 자동차의 차실을 구성하는 구조부재(1)와, 상기 구조부재(1)의 차실안쪽정면부에 대응한 정면부(10A)와 상기 구조부재(1)의 차실내 옆가장자리부에 대응한 옆가장자리부(10B)를 구비한 상기 구조부재의 차실안쪽을 피복하는 트림부재(10)를 구비하고, 상기 내부부재(2)쪽에 있어서의 상기 플랜지부(4,5)의 기부에 근접한 차실내옆가장자리부에 상기 트림부재(10)의 이 옆가장자리부(10B)에 향하도록 형성된 옆가장자리벽부(28,29)와, 상기 옆가장자리벽부(28,29)와 상기 트림부재(10)의 옆가장자리부(10B)와의 사이에, 상기 트림부재(10)의 상기 옆가장자리부(10B) 표면으로부터 상기 플랜지부(4,5)근처에 향한 얕은 각도에서 가해진 충격에너지를 흡수할 수 있는 가장자리부충격흡수용리브(13)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 구조부재(1)가 자동차에 설치되고 내부부재(2)와 외부부재(3)를 옆가장자리의 플랜지부(4,5)에서 서로 결합시켜 이루어진 필러로 구성되고, 상기 트림부재(10)가, 상기 필러(1)의 차실안쪽정면부에 대응한 정면부(10A)와 이 필러(1)의 차실내옆가장자리부에 대응한 옆가장자리부(10B)를 구비하고 이 필러(1)의 차실안쪽을 피복하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 옆가장자리벽부(28,29)가, 상기 내부부재(2)에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 옆가장자리벽부가, 상기 내부부재(2)에 장비된 시트벨트용부재(30)에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가장자리부 충격흡수용리브(13) 및 상기 트림부재(10)가 수지재료에 의해 일체형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 필러(1)의 차실안쪽정면부와 상기 트림부재(10)의 상기 정면부(10)와의 사이에, 상기 트림부재(10)에 차실안쪽정면으로부터 가해진 충격에너지를 흡수할 수 있는 정면충격흡수용리브(12)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가장자리부 충격흡수용리브(13) 및 상기 정면충격흡수용리브(12)가 상기 트림부재(10)에 대해서 거의 수직의 방향으로 향한 벌집구조로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 정면충격흡수용리브(12)가, 상기 필러(1)의 긴쪽방향으로 뻗은 복수의 세로방향리브(14A,14B)와, 상기 필러(1)의 폭방향으로 뻗은 복수의 가로방향리브(15)가 서로 결합함으로써 형성되고, 상기 정면충격흡수용리브(12)자체가 상기 벌집구조를 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 트림부재(10)의 옆가장자리단부가, 상기 필러(1)의 가장자리부에 형성된 플랜지부(4,5)보다도 차실안쪽 위치하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차실내의 충격에너지흡수구조.
