Abstract

본 발명은 새로운 타잎의 욕조 제법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적인 것은 불포화폴리에스테르 수지(비스페놀type) 100에 대하여 저수축제 30-40%(중량비)와 경화제1-2%(중량비), 이형제 4-6%(중량비), 충진제 :!50%(중량비), 안료 약간량, 산화방지제 약간량, 중합방치제 약간량을 배합하고 교반기에서 40분정도 교반한후 혼합기로 옳겨 불포화폴리에스테르수지량에 대하여 100-120%(중량비)에 해당하는 유리섬유(6-l2mm길이)를 넣고 5분 정도 혼합하여 압출기에 투입하여 일정굴기로 압출한 다음 압출물을 나일론 필름으로 피복하여 공기와 차단시키고 30-40℃에서 3일성도 숙성시켜 열경화성형이 가능한 Bulk Molding Compaund로조성하여 이를 일정량 재단하여 욕조 금형에 넣고 유압프레스로 가열압착하므로서 내구성과 강도가 뛰어나고 색상이 미려하며 변색이 없고 내열,내한, 내약품성이 양호한 고품위의 욕조를 얻는 것임.The present invention relates to a new type of tub manufacturing method, more specifically, 30-40% (weight ratio) of low-shrinkant, 1-2% (weight ratio), and release agent of 4-6% with respect to unsaturated polyester resin (bisphenol type) 100 (Weight ratio), Filler:! 50% (weight ratio), some amount of pigment, some amount of antioxidant, some amount of polymerization inhibitor, mix, stir for about 40 minutes in a stirrer, and mix with a mixer. 교반기에 넣고 40분 정포 교반하여 배합한 투 혼합기로 옮겨 불포화폴리에스테르수지량에 대하여 100-120%(중량비)정도가 되는 유리섬유를 넣고 5분 정도 혼합한후 압출기에 투입하여 직경 약 10cm정도 굵기로 압출시켜 압풀물을 나일론필름으로 피복하여 공기와 차단시킨후 30-40℃에서 3일정도 숙성시켜 열경화성형재료인 Bulk Molding Compaund를 제조하고(이하 BMC로 명칭함) 이를 욕조 1개성형에 소요되는 량(22 ∼24kg)으로 계량하여 재단한 다음 욕조금형에 투입하고 유압프레스를 작동하여 140℃ 온도와 100kg/㎠의 압력으로 가열압착성형하여 5-6분만에 탈형하여 제품을 얻는다.Put it into a stirrer and mix it with a 40-minute agitator and mix it with a two-mixer.
