Claims (4)
- 다음 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 카바페넴화합물, 약제학적으로허용 가능한 그의 무독성염 또는 그의 이성질체.상기식에서,R1은 1-히드록시저급알킬기를 나타내며,R2는 수소 또는 저급알킬기를 나타내고,R3및 R4는 둘중 어느 하나의 치환기가 존재하지 아니하며,R3가 수소 또는 C3-6알케닐기인 경우 R4는 존재하지 아니하며;R3가 존재하지 아니하는 경우 R4는 저급알킬기 또는 아미노기를 나타내고,R5와 R6는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 아미노를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R1이 1-히드록시에틸인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R2가 수소 또는 메틸인 화합물.
