Claims (17)
- 금, 산화티탄 및 비표면적이 50m2/g 이상의 담체를 함유하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 산화규소 및/또는 산화알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금의 함유량이 0.005~5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄의 함유량이 0.1중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 산화티탄의 함유량이 0.1중량%~20중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금이 직경 10나노미터 이하의 입자경을 가진 초미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용촉매.
- 제1항에 기재된 부분산화용 촉매를 사용하여 수소 및 산소의 존재하에서 탄화수소를 부분산화하는 탄화수소의 부분산화방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 수소와 탄화수소의 체적비(수소/탄화수소)가 1/10~100/1의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 부분산화가 불포화탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 불포화탄화수소가 프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 불포화탄화수소가 내부 올레핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소가 포화탄화수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 반응온도가 100℃~250℃의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화방법.
- 금, 산화티탄 및 비표면적 50m2/g 이상의 담체를 포함하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용 촉매의 제조 방법에 있어서, 산화티탄을 담체에 유지시킨 후 이 담체를 금을 포함하는 수용액에 침적하고 담체상에 금을 적출시켜 고정화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 산화 알루미늄, 산화규소 및 산화 마그네슘으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 금을 함유한 수용액이 할로겐화금화합물의 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 담체상에 금을 적출시켜서 고정화한 후 이 담체를 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소의 부분산화용 촉매의 제조방법.
