Claims (11)
- 센서팁(1)과, 상기 센서팁으로부터 이동이 발생한 때의 결과적인 진동을 전기적으로 검출하여 출력신호를 생성하는 변환기수단(3)으로 진동을 전달하기 위한 수단(2) 및, 1000㎐ 이하의 출력신호를 필터링하고, 출력신호가 1000㎐ 이상일 때 이동검출신호를 생성하기 위한 수단(70)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 프로세스장치용의 이동센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각 소정 주파수 이하 및 이상의 출력신호를 필터링하고, 출력신호가 1000㎐와 상기 소정의 주파수 사이에 있을 때 이동검출신호를 생성하기 위한 수단(70)을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 이동센서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변환기수단이 압전 변화기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동센서.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 변환기수단은 그 일단에 센서팁(42)이 탑재된 아암(41)과, 이 아암(41)상에서 스트레인의 변화 및 센서팁의 진동을 감지하기 위해 상기 아암 위에 탑재된 압전 변환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동센서 .
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 압전변환기는 아암(41)을 따라 길게 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면위에서 장치가 이동하기 전에 장치와 표면 사이의 접촉을 감지하도록 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 이동센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면위에서의 센서의 이동속도를 검출하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동센서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 진동이 변환기를 구성하는 마이크로폰에 의해 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동센서.
- 제8항에 있어서, 장치가 이동하는 것에 비례하여 프로세스장치를 표면과 접촉하도록 지지하기 위한 수단으로부터 마이크로폰으로 공기 진동을 이끌기 위해 음향 도파관을 사용하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팁(42')은 15∼40㎛의 평균 알갱이 크기의 입자를 갖는 표면을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 이동센서.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 팁(42')은 약 250㎛의 반경의 굽은 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동센서.
