Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- SiO2에 GeO2를 첨가한 물질로 이루어지며, 광을 도파하는 코어; 및SiO2에 적어도 ZrO2가 첨가된 물질로 이루어지며, 상기 코어보다 낮은 굴절율을 갖는 클래드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 브래그격자 필터용 광섬유.
- SiO2에 GeO2를 첨가한 물질로 이루어지며, 광을 도파하는 코어;적어도 SiO2를 함유하며, 상기 코어보다 낮은 굴절율을 갖는 내부클래드; 및적어도 ZrO2를 함유하며, 상기 내부클래드와 인접하는 외부클래드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 브래그격자 필터용 광섬유.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부클래드는SiO2에 ZrO2, B, F가 첨가된 물질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 브래그격자 필터용 광섬유.
- GeO2를 함유하며 광을 도파하는 코어와, 적어도 SiO2를 함유하며 상기 코어보다 낮은 굴절율을 갖는 클래드를 구비하고, 광축방향에 따라서 복수의 굴절율 변화부가 형성되어진 브래그 격자 영역을 가지는 브래그격자 필터에 있어서,상기 클래드는ZrO2를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 브래그 격자 필터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 클래드는적어도 SiO2를 함유하며, 상기 코어보다 낮은 굴절율을 갖는 내부클래드; 및적어도 ZrO2를 함유하며, 상기 내부클래드와 인접하는 외부클래드로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 브래그격자 필터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 외부클래드는SiO2에 ZrO2, B, F가 첨가된 물질로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 브래그격자 필터용 광섬유.
