Claims (5)
- 누에 핵다각체병 바이러스 브이비2(KCTC8873P)의 p10단백질 유전자를 이용한 전이벡터 피비엠10(pBm10).
- 누에 핵다각체병 바이러스 브이비2(KCTC8873P)의 p10단백질 유전자의 5‘ 영역 부위의 비열은 핀포인터 (Pinpoint XalT-5′f) 벡터에 제한효소 HaeIII와 BglII로 처리하여 3kb의 유전자 단편을 얻고, 이 유전자를 제한효소 Kpn I으로 처리하고 티4 폴리머라제(T4 polymerase)로 블란트 말단(blunt end)을 만든후 제한효소 BamH I으로 절단한 피블루스크립트 에스케이플러스(pBluescript SK+) 벡터에 연결반응시켜 약 5.9 kb의 재조합플라스미드(pSK-5′f)를 선발하고, 또한 p10 유전자의 3’ 영역 부위의 배열은 벡터 (pGEM-3′f)에 제한효소 Sma I 및 Sac I을 처리하여 얻은 2.0 kbp의 유전자 단편을 Sma I 및 sac I으로 절단한 벡터 (pSK-5f′)에 연결반응시켜 구축한 피비엠10 (pBm10) 전이벡터 제조방법.
- 제1항의 전이 벡터 피비엠10을 이용하여 재조합 바이러스를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항의 전이 벡터 피비엠10을 도입시킨 Escherichia coli JM109/pBm10(KCTC 8872P).
- 제1항에 있어서, 외래유전자를 발현시켜 유용물질을 생산하는데 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 누에 핵다각체병 바이러스 브이비2(KCTC8873P)와 p10단백질 유전자를 이용한 전이 벡터 피비엠10(pBm10)으로 외래유전자를 발현시켜 유용물질을 생산하는 용도에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 누에 핵다각체병 바이러스 유전자를 이용한 전이벡터 및 이의 용도.
