Abstract

[발명의 명칭]
제산제
[발명의 상세한 설명]
본 발명은 제산제 조성물, 보다 구체적으로는, (i) 제산 성분으로서 임의로 탄산 마그네슘과 함께 혼합된 탄산 칼슘, (ii) 발포 성분으로서 중탄산염과 말산의 혼합물 및 (iii) 증량제를 포함하는 고형의 발포성 제산제 조성물에 관한 것이다.
단독으로 사용되거나, 또는 탄산 마그네슘 및 수산화 마그네슘과 같은 다른 제산제와 함께 사용되는 탄산 칼슘의 제산제로서의 용도는 공지되어 있다.
발포성 염중의 중탄산 나트륨, 및 발포성 염, 분말 및 정제중의 가산제(acidulant)로서의 시트르산의 용도는 제산제 조성물중에 병용된 중탄산 나트륨 및 시트르산의 용도와 마찬가지로 공지되어 있다. 이와 같이, 물에 용해되어 발포성 제산제 용액을 생성시키는 정제로서 시판되고 있는 한 제산제 조성물은 중탄산 나트륨, 중탄산 칼륨 및 시트르산을 함유한다.
제산제 조성물은 츄잉검, 정제, 로젠지, 분말 및 액체와 같은 다양한 형태로 시판되어 왔다. 고체 형태를 취하려고 했던 많은 제산제 조성물들은 입안에서 다소 불쾌한 분필맛을 남기는 경향이 있었다. 이러한 문제가 본 발명에 의해 극복되었다.
즉, 본 발명은 제산제, 특히 정제 제산제에 의해 입안에 남아 있던 분필질 느낌을 경감시킨다.
본 발명은 타액에 노출시, 부드럽게 발포됨으로써 혀에 유쾌한 거품과 톡쏘는 감각 및 분필질이 아닌 유쾌한 뒷맛을 특징으로 하는 좋은 구강 느낌을 제공하는 고형의 제산제 조성물을 개발하려는 것이 목표인 연구과제의 결과이다. 필요로 하고 있는 특징들을 갖는 적합한 제산제 조성물을 개발하는 과정에서, 제산 성분으로서 탄산 칼슘과 탄산 마그네슘의 혼합물 및 발포 성분으로서 중탄산 나트륨과 시트르산의 혼합물을 포함하는 제산제 조성물을 제조하였다. 그러나, 목적하는 거품/톡쏘는 감각 및 구강 느낌은 시트르산을 사용하여 실현되지는 않았다. 놀랍게도, 말산을 시트르산 대신에 동량으로 사용한 결과 혀에 유쾌한 거품/톡쏘는 감각을 일으키고 분필질이 아닌 유쾌한 뒷맛을 남기는 바람직한 특징들을 갖는 제산제 조성물이 생성되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.
따라서, 본 발명은 하나의 실시태양으로, (i) 제산 성분으로서, 주성분의 약 35 내지 약 53 중량% 의 탄산 칼슘 및 주성분의 약 0 내지 약 14 중량% 의 탄산 마그네슘; (ii) 발포 성분으로서, 주성분의 약 3.5 내지 약 7 중량% 의 중탄산염 및 주성분의 약 3.5 내지 약 7 중량% 의 말산; 및 (iii) 주성분의 약 21 내지 약 53 중량% 의 증량제를 주성분으로 포함하는 고형의 발포성 제산제 조성물을 제공한다.
추가의 실시태양으로, 본 발명은 씹을 수 있는 정제 형태의, 상기 정의된 고형의 발포성 제산제 조성물을 제공한다.
고형의 발포성 제산제 조성물중의 주성분은 임의로 탄산 마그네슘과 혼합된 탄산 칼슘, 중탄산염, 말산 및 증량제이다.
탄산 칼슘, 또는 탄산 칼슘과 탄산 마그네슘의 혼합물은 상기 고형의 발포성 제산제 조성물의 제산 성분을 구성한다. 주성분의 중량을 기준으로 계산된 탄산 칼슘의 양은 약 35 내지 약 53 중량%, 바람직하게는 약 38 내지 약 46 중량% 이고, 탄산 마그네슘의 양은 약 0 내지 약 14 중량% 이어야 한다. 탄산 마그네슘을 사용하는 경우에, 그의 양은 바람직하게는 주성분의 약 4 내지 약 14 중량%, 보다 바람직하게는 주성분의 약 4 내지 약 12 중량% 이다.

고형의 발포성 제산제 조성물을 고체로서 투여하고자 하며 분말, 과립 또는 정제로 사용하기 위해 제형화할 수도 있다. 이들중 정제가 바람직하다. 정제로 제형화하는 경우, 상기 제산제 조성물에 당해 분야에 잘 공지된 하나 이상의 정제 활택제, 예를들어 스테아르산, 스테아르산 마그네슘 및 활석을 혼입시키는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 제산제 조성물에 필요한 정제 활택제(들)의 양은 숙련된 제형사에 의해 쉽게 결정될 수 있다. 일반적으로, 상기 량은 제산제 정제의 중량을 기준으로 약 3.5 내지 약 4.5 중량% 일 것이다.
고형의 발포성 제산제 조성물을 당해 분야에 잘 공지되고 통상적인 과립화, 블렌딩 및 타정 기법에 의해 용도에 따라 제형화할 수 있다.
[실시예]
본 발명을 하기 실시예로 예시하며, 이들로 제한하지는 않는다.
본 발명의 제산제 정제를 하기 조성으로 제조한다:

총 계 100.00 1491.0
상기 정제를 전형적인 배치 크기가 1000K 인 건조-블렌드 방법에 의해 제조된 과립으로부터 제조한다. 모든 성분들을 20메쉬(900μ) 스테인레스강 체를 통해 스테인레스 강의 대량 용기에 체질하여 넣는다. 저 중량의 성분들은 체질하기 전에 슈크로즈로 희석한다. 탄산 칼슘과 탄산 마그네슘의 입자 크기는 75μ 미만이다. 전체 재료를 균일한 과립이 수득될 때까지(약 20분) 블렌딩 기계로 옮겨 혼합시킨다. 이어서 상기 과립을 고속 회전 정제 압착기상에서 정제로 압착시킨다.
상기 예시된 제산제 정제는, 씹을 때 쉽게 붕해되는 동시에 혀에 유쾌한 거품 및 톡쏘는 감각을 부여하고 분필질도 아니고 모래질도 아닌 유쾌한 뒷맛을 남긴다.
Claims (11)
- (a) (i) 제산 성분으로서, 주성분의 35 내지 53 중량% 의 탄산 칼슘; (ii) 발포 성분으로서, 주성분의 3.5 내지 7 중량% 의 중탄산염 및 주성분의 3.5 내지 7 중량% 의 말산; 및 (iii) 주성분의 21 내지 53 중량% 의 증량제를 포함하는 주성분; 및 (b) 유효량의 정제 활택제를 포함하는, 씹을 수 있는 발포성 제산제 정제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제산 성분으로서 탄산 칼슘 이외에 주성분의 0 초과 내지 14 중량% 의 탄산 마그네슘을 추가로 포함하는 제산제 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 정제 활택제의 양이 정제의 중량을 기준으로 3.5 내지 4.5 중량% 인 제산제 정제.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제산 성분으로서 탄산 칼슘 이외에 4 내지 14 중량% 의 탄산 마그네슘을 추가로 포함하는 제산제 정제.
- 제4항에 있어서, (a) 주성분이, 주성분의 중량을 기준으로, 38 내지 46 중량% 의 탄산 칼슘, 4 내지 12 중량% 의 탄산 마그네슘, 4.8 내지 5.9 중량% 의 중탄산염, 4.8 내지 5.9 중량% 의 말산 및 34 내지 41 중량% 의 증량제를 포함하는 제산제 정제.
- 제5항에 있어서, (a) 주성분이, 주성분의 중량을 기준으로, 42.15 중량% 의 탄산 칼슘, 8.78 중량% 의 탄산 마그네슘, 5.62 중량% 의 중탄산 나트륨, 5.62 중량% 의 말산 및 총 100 중량% 가 되도록 하는 나머지 량의 슈크로즈를 포함하는 제산제 정제.
- 600mg 의 탄산 칼슘, 125mg 의 탄산 마그네슘, 80mg 의 중탄산 나트륨, 80mg 의 말산, 538.5mg 의 슈크로즈, 2mg 의 사카린 나트륨, 7.5mg 의 스테아르산 마그네슘, 50mg 의 활석 및 유효량의 풍미제를 포함하는, 씹을 수 있는 발포성 제산제 정제.
- 제6항에 있어서, (b) 정제 활택제로서, 주성분 및 정제 활택제를 합한 중량을 기준으로, 0.5 중량%의 스테아르산 마그네슘 및 3.37 중량%의 활석을 포함하는 제산제 정제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 감미제를 추가로 포함하는 제산제 정제.
- 제9항에 있어서, 감미제로서 정제의 0.13 중량%의 사카린 나트륨을 포함하는 제산제 정제.
- 제10항에 있어서, 유효량의 풍미제를 추가로 포함하는 제산제 정제.
