Claims (27)
- (a) 10,000 내지 300,000의 수치평균 분자량을 갖고; 약 0.5-50중량%의 메조-락티드 및 그 나머지로서의 L-락티드, D-락티드 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 락티드를 함유하는 락티드 혼합물의 중합생성물인 다수의 폴리(락티드) 고분자사슬; 및 (b) 약 2중량% 미만의 락티드 모노머를 포함하는 용융 안정성 락티드 폴리머 조성물로부터 형성된 다수의 섬유로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(락티드) 섬유가 비직조 직물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(락티드) 고분자사슬의 수치평균 분자량이 20,000 내지 80,000 인 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(락티드) 고분자사슬의 수치평균 분자량이 50,000 내지 250,000 인 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a) 폴리(락티드) 섬유가 비직조 직물을 구성하고; (b) 상기 폴리(락티드) 고분자사슬의 수치평균 분자량의 10,000 내지 300,000 이고; 및 (c) 상기 섬유가 200ppm 미만의 물을 함유하는 용융 안정성 락티드 폴리머 조성물로부터 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 다수의 폴리(락티드) 고분자사슬이 약 50,000 내지 250,000 의 수치평균 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.

- 제5항에 있어서, 고분자사슬의 약 9 내지 50중량%가 메조-락티드이고 나머지는 실질적으로 L-락티드 및 D-락티드를 함유하는 락티드 혼합물의 중합생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 고분자사슬의 약 12 내지 50중량%가 메조-락티드이고 나머지는 실질적으로 L-락티드 및 D-락티드를 함유하는 락티드 혼합물의 중합생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제5항에 따른 직물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기저귀.
- 제5항에 있어서, 접착 바인더를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.

- 제5항에 있어서, 섬유가 점토, 알루미나, 실리카겔, 제올라이트, 염화칼슘, 탄산칼슘, 황산나트륨, 중탄산염 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 건조제를 함유하는 용융 안정성 락티드 폴리머 조성물로부터 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제5항에 있어서, (a) 폴리(락티드) 고분자사슬을 형성하기 위한 락티드 중합반응을 촉진하고 중합반응 동안 용융 안정성 락티드 폴리머 조성물에 결합되는 촉매수단; 및 (b) 상기 고분자사슬의 촉매적 해중합을 감소시키기에 충분한 양의 촉매 비활성화제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제5항에 따른 직물을 함유하는 부패성 백.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(락티드) 섬유가 용융 송풍 섬유를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 용융 송풍 섬유가 약 5㎛ 이하의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(락티드) 섬유가 스펀본드 공정으로부터의 섬유를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리머 조성물은 가소제를 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제20항에 있어서, 가소제는 필수적으로 알킬 포스페이트 에스테르, 디알킬에테르, 디에스테르, 트리카르복실산 에스테르, 에폭시화 오일 및 에스테르, 중합 폴리에스테르, 폴리글리콜 디에스테르, 알킬 알킬에테르 디에스테르, 지방족 디에스테르, 알킬에테르 모노에스테르, 시트르산 에스테르, 디카르복실산 에스테르, 글리세린 에스테르 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리머 조성물은 융점이 폴리(락티드)의 가공온도보다 높은 결정형 폴리머로 이루어진 결정생성제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리머 조성물은 필수적으로 셀룰로스, 소맥, 전분, 변성전분, 키틴, 키토산, 케라틴, 셀룰로스 아세테이트, 농산물로부터 유래된 셀룰로스 물질, 글루텐, 견과류 껍질분, 목재분, 옥수수속분, 구아검, 탈크, 실리카, 운모, 카올린, 티타늄 디옥사이드, 규회석 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 충진제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직물.
