Claims (6)
- 키토산 고분자를 글루탈알데히드를 포함하는 가교제를 사용하여 생분해성 키토산 막을 갖는 미세캡슐을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 키토산 0.3 ∼ 10 중량%와 초산 0.1 ∼ 2 중량%가 함유된 고분자 수용액을 소비탄모노올레이트가 노말헥센 또는 이소옥탄의 용매중에 0.5∼10 부피%로 함유된 유화액에 투입하여 에멀젼 1을 제조하고;(b) 황산 0.5 ∼ 10 부피%와 25% 글루탈알데히드 수용액 1 ∼ 50 부피%가 함유된 가교제 수용액을 상기와 동종의 유화액에 투입하여 에멀젼 2를 제조하고; 그리고(c) 상기한 에멀젼 1과 에멀젼 2을 동량비로 혼합하여 키토산 고분자와 가교제간의 유화계면반응에 의하여 미세캡슐을 형성시키는 과정으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방성 키토산 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (a)고분자 수용액은 유화액에 대하여 5 ∼ 10 부피% 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방성 키토산 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 (a)고분자 수용액을 유화액에 투입하고 500 ∼ 15,000 rpm의 교반속도로 교반하여 고분자 수용액 입자를 유화분산시켜 에멀젼 1을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방성 키토산 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (b)가교제 수용액은 유화액에 대하여 1 ∼ 10 부피% 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방성 키토산 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 (a)가교제 수용액을 유화액에 투입하고 500 ∼ 15000 rpm의 교반속도로 교반하여 가교제 수용액 입자를 유화분산시켜 에멀젼 2를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방성 키토산 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유화계면반응에 의하여 형성된 미세캡슐을 석유에테르로 세척하고 원심분리기를 사용하여 분리한 후 동결건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방성 키토산 미세캡슐의 제조방법.
