Claims (5)
- 적외선 입사량에 따라 전압을 차등 발생하는 써모파일센서와;주변온도에 대응한 변화되는 기준전압과 상기 써모파일센서의 출력을 입력하여, 두신호의 차를 증폭하는 증폭수단과;상기 증폭수단의 오프셋을 보상하는 오프셋보상수단과;상기 증폭수단의 출력으로부터 상기 오프셋보상수단의 출력만큼을 제거하여, 대상물의 온도를 정확하게 검출하는 연산수단을 포함하여 구성되는 써모파일센서를 이용한 온도측정회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 오프셋보상수단은, 상기 증폭수단의 오프셋 값에 따라서 설정된 저항의 조합으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 써모파일센서를 이용한 온도측정회로.
- 적외선 입사량에 따라 전압을 차등 발생하는 써모파일센서와;상기 써모파일센서 부근에 설치되고, 주변온도의 영향을 제거하기 위한 보상전압을 발생하는 온도보상소자와;상기 온도보상소자를 이용하여 발생된 보상전압을 기준전압으로 해서, 상기 써모파일센서의 출력을 증폭하는 증폭수단과;상기 증폭기의 오프셋에 따라서 상기 증폭수단의 기준전압을 조절하는 오프셋보상수단을 포함하여 구성되는 써모파일센서를 이용한 온도측정회로.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 오프셋보상수단은, 상기 증폭기의 오프셋이 음의 값을 가질 때, 상기 증폭기의 오프셋에 비례하는 저항을, 상기 증폭기의 기준전압단과 공급전원단 사이에 연결하여 구성되는 써모파일센서를 이용한 온도측정회로.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 오프셋보상수단은, 상기 증폭기의 오프셋이 양의 값을 가질 때, 상기 증폭기의 오프셋에 비례하는 저항을, 상기 증폭기의 기준전압단과 그라운드 전위 사이에 연결하여 구성되는 써모파일센서를 이용한 온도측정회로.
