Claims (16)
- 공정은 팔라듐 몰당 2 몰 이상의 양인 염화 크로틸의 존재하에서 수행되고,- 팔라듐은 적어도 부분적으로 크로틸 파이-착물의 형태이고,- 반응 매질에 존재하는 물은 반응 혼합물의 중량에 대하여 20 중량% 이하의 양을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는, 대기압 이상의 압력 및 반응 매질에서 가용성인 팔라듐 촉매의 존재하에서 일산화탄소 및 물에 의한 부타디엔 또는 그의 유도체 중 하나의 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반응 온도에서 전체 압력은 50 바 내지 500 바임을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 25℃에서 측정된 일산화탄소의 부분 압력은 25 바 내지 440 바임을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 팔라듐의 양은 이용된 부타디엔의 몰당 10-5몰 내지 0.2 몰임을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 염화 크로틸은 반응 매질에서 팔라듐의 몰 양의 5내지 10 배 몰임을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 부타디엔의 농도는 반응 매질의 중량에 대하여 0.2 중량% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 부타디엔의 농도는 공정이 불연속적으로 수행될 경우에는 반응 매질의 중량에 대하여 50 중량% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 부타디엔의 농도는 공정이 연속적으로 수행될 경우에는 반응 매질의 중량에 대하여 10 중량% 이하임을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 히드록시카르보닐화 반응은 3-펜텐산내에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 히드록시카르보닐화 반응은 60℃ 내지 230℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 염화 크로틸은 존재하는 부타디엔 및 염산으로부터 동일 용기 (in situ) 에서 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 크로틸-팔라듐 파이-착물은 존재하는 부타디엔 및 반응 매질에서 가용성인 팔라듐의 염으로부터 동일 용기에서 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에서 물의 농도는 상기 반응 혼합물의 중량에 대하여 8 중량% 이하의 값으로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 1 또는 2 항에 있어서, 전체 Cl/Pd의 몰 비는 100 이하임을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 부타디엔의 농도는 반응매질의 중량에 대하여 0.5 중량% 이상임을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물에서 물의 농도는 상기 반응혼합물의 중량에 대하여 5 중량% 이하의 값으로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 히드록시카르보닐화법.
