Claims (7)
- 기판에 기록층, 반사층, 보호층이 형성된 추기형 유기광기록 매체에서, 기록층은 레이져를 흡수하여 발열시킬 수 있는 근적외선 흡수 색소를 함유한 올리고머상의 열경화성 또는 광경화성수지층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록층의 근적외선 흡수색소는 시아닌계, 퀴논계, 프탈로시아닌계, 크로코니우계 색소인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 매체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 시아닌계 색소는 하기 일반식(I)인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 매체.(상기(I)식에서 Z는 벤젠환 또는 나프탈렌환을 형성하는 원자단이고, R1, R2는 알킬, 알콕시, 하이드록시, 카보닐, 알릴, 할로겐화 알킬기 중 일종이며, (Ri)m, (Ri')n의 Ri, Ri' 는 동종 또는 이종 치환기로써 수소원자, 할로겐원자 또는 탄소수 2~5의 알킬, 알콕시기중의 하나로써, m,n은 치환기수를 나타내는 1~4의 정수이며, X-는 할로겐원자, 과염소산, 알킬설폰산, 톨루엔설폰산 등이 음이온이다.)
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 유기광기록매체는 기판상에 기록층, 반사층, 보호층이 차례로 적층된 디스크임을 특징을 하는 유기광기록 매체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 유기광기록매체는 필름상의 기판에 반사층, 기록층, 보호층이 차례로 적층된 테이프임을 특징을 하는 유기광기록 매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기록층의 근적외선흡수 색소의 함량은 기록층 수지에 대해 2-40wt%이고 기록층 두께는 0.1-2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 매체.
- 기판에 기록층, 반사층, 보호층이 형성된 추기형 유기광기록 매체에서, 기록층은 레이져를 흡수하여 발열시킬 수 있는 근적외선 흡수색소를 함유한 올리고머상의 열경화성 또는 광경화성수지층으로 구성하고, 기록이 완료된후 기록층을 50℃이상으로 열경화하거나 UV광조사 경화시킴으로서 기록층의 기록특성을 제거하여 기록층의 개기록을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기광기록 매체의 재기록 방지방법.
