Description
Claims (23)
- - 중합체 코팅된 외면을 지닌 가요성 직물 재료를 준비하는 단계,- 제1 중합체 층을 포함하며 한 표면에 다수개의 중합체 프리즘형 소자를 갖는 재귀 반사성 층 및 상기 프리즘형 소자 표면에 부착되는 제2 중합체 재료를 포함하는 중합체 상용성 층을 포함하며, 재귀 반사 계수가 높은 재귀 반사성 시트재를 준비하는 단계,- 상기 재귀 반사성 시트재의 상기 상용성 층이 상기 가요성 직물 재료의 외면과 접촉하도록 배치하는 다계, 및- 상기 재귀 반사성 시트재를 상기 가요성 직물 재료의 외면에 직접 용접하는 단계를 포함하고, 단, 상기 제2 중합체 재료는 점착성의 접착제가 아닌 것이 특징인 재귀 반사성 가요성 직물 재료의 제조 방법.
- - 중합체 코팅된 외면을 지닌 가요성 직물 재료를 준비하는 단계,- 한 표면에 다수개의 중합체 프리즘형 소자를 갖는 재귀 반사성 층을 준비하는 단계,- 중합체 상용성 층을 준비하는 단계,- 상기 재귀 반사성 층의 프리즘형 소자 표면을, 상용성 층과 가요성 직물 재료 위에 배치하여 상기 상용성 층이 가요성 직물 재료와 재귀 반사성 층의 외면과의 사이에 존재하도록 하는 단계, 및- 상기 재귀 반사성 층을 상기 상용성 층과 가요성 직물 재료의 외면에 동시에 용접하는 단계를 포함하고, 단, 상기 제2 중합체 재료는 점착성의 접착제가 아닌 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 직물 재료의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 재귀 반사성 층의 일부분이 정반사 코팅된 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 재귀 반사성 층은 중합체 상도층을 포함하는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 상도층은 상기 상용성 층과 동일한 중합체를 포함하는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 용접 단계에 의해서 상용성 층과 가요성 직물 재료의 외면과의 사이에 약 8.8 N/cm(5 lb/in) 이상의 T-박리력에 해당하는 부착이 이루어지는 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 직물 재료의 외면은 제1 중합체로코팅되고, 상기 재귀 반사성 층은 제2 중합체를 포함하며, 상기 중합체 상용성 층은 제3 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 중합체는 각각 상이한 것이 특징인 제조 방법.
- - 하나의 표면에 다수개의 중합체 프리즘형 소자를 가지며 재귀 반사 계수가 높은 재귀 반사성 층, 및- 제1 중합체 재료를 포함하는 중합체 상용성 층으로서, 이 중합체 상용성 층은 재귀 반사성 층의 프리즘형 소자의 표면에 부착되어, 차후 제2 중합체 재료를 포함하는 가요성 직물 재료의 중합체 코팅된 외면에 직접 용접 부착되기에 적합하게 상용될 수 있도록 배치된 것인 중합체 상용성 층을 포함하고, 단, 상기 제2 중합체 재료는 점착성의 접착제가 아닌 것이 특징인, 중합체 코팅된 외면을 지닌 가요성 직물 재료에 부착시키기에 적합한 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상용성 층에 직접 용접된 가요성 직물 재료를 더 포함하며, 상기 가요성 직물 재료는 중합체 코팅된 외면을 지닌 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 재귀 반사성 시트재는 눈에 띄는 균열 현상 없이 0℃에서 3.2 mm(0.125 인치) 직경의 맨드렐에 합치될 정도의 가요성을 갖는 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 도로 표지판, 권취형 표지판, 의복 제품, 액세서리 백, 배낭, 보호 커버, 시트, 방수포, 경고 테이프, 장식용 웨빙, 구조 웨빙 또는 이들 물품에 부착되는 패취가 일부분을 구성하는 제품으로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택되는 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 재귀 반사성 층의 일부분이 정반사 코팅된 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상용성 층은 유전 손실 계수가 약 0.06 이상인 중합체를 포함하는 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상용성 층은 폴리우레탄, 에틸렌 메틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌 n-부틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 또는 중합체 가소제를 함유하는 폴리비닐 클로라이드로 이루어지는 군 중에서 선택된 중합체를 포함하는 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상용성 층은 약 270 뉴톤(60 lbf) 이상의 인장 결합력으로 재귀 반사성 층에 부착되어 있는 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상용성 층은 약 270 뉴톤(60 lbf) 이상의 인장 결합력으로 중합체 프리즘형 소자에 부착되어 있는 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 코팅된 가요성 직물에 대한 재귀 반사성 시트재의 용접이 고주파 에너지에 의해 수행된 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 코팅된 가요성 직물에 대한 재귀 반사성 시트재의 용접이 패턴화된 열 용접법 또는 선택적인 열 용접법에 의해 수행된 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 상용성 층은 단량체 가소제의 이동에 대한 차단물로서 적합한 중합체를 포함하는 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 프리즘형 소자는 아크릴, 폴리카르보네이트,폴리에스테르, 폴리우레탄 또는 가교된 아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 중합체의 군 중에서 선택된 중합체를 포함하는 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 재귀 반사성 시트재는 재귀 반사 계수가 약 250 candela/lumen 이상인 시트재를 포함하는 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 용접에 의해서 상기 상용성 층과 가요성 직물 재료의 외면 사이에 약 8.8 N/cm(5 lb/in) 이상의 T-박리력에 해당하는 부착이 이루어지는 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 직물 재료의 외면은 제1 중합체로 코팅되고, 상기 프리즘형 소자는 제2 중합체를 포함하며, 상기 상용성 층은 제3 중합체를 포함하고, 상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 중합체는 각각 상이한 것이 특징인 가요성 재귀 반사성 적층 물품.
