Claims (10)
- 화학식 I의 리튬 플루오로포스페이트의 제조 방법으로서,화학식 ILi+[PFa(CHbFc(CF3)d)e]-[단, 상기 식에서 a는 1, 2, 3, 4 또는 5이고,b는 0 또는 1이고,c는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고,d는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고,e는 1, 2, 3 또는 4이고,a + e의 합이 6이고, b + c + d의 합이 3이고, b 및 c가 동시에 0이 아니고, 리간드 (CHbFc(CF3)d)는 서로 다를 수 있다.]a) 모노클로로- 또는 플루오로-, 디클로로- 또는 디플루오로-, 클로로플루오로알킬포스판, 클로로모노-, 클로로디-, 클로로트리-, 또는 클로로테트라알킬-포스포란, 플루오로모노-, 플루오로디-, 플루오로트리- 또는 플루오로테트라알킬포스포란 또는 트리플루오로모노히드로알킬-포스포란을 불활성 용매에 전기화학적으로 불소화하고,b) 얻어진 반응 혼합물을 증류하여 가능한 한 상이한 불소화 생성물로 분리하고,c) -35 내지 60℃의 온도에서 비양자성 극성 용매 중에 불소화된 알킬포스포란을 불화 리튬과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 플루오로포스페이트의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불소화는 -20℃ 내지 실온의 상압에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불소화 생성물의 증류 정제는 불활성 가스 대기하에 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불화 리튬과의 반응은 실온에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 따른 화학식 I의 화합물을 제조하기 위한 중간체로서의 화학식 Ia의 화합물.화학식 Ia[PFa(CHbFc(CF3)d)e](단, 상기 식에서는화학식 I에서와 같이,b는 0 또는 1이고,c는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고,d는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고,e는 1, 2, 3 또는 4이나,a는 1, 2, 3 또는 4이다.)
- 하기 화학식 I의 리튬 플루오로포스페이트.화학식 ILi+[PFa(CHbFc(CF3)d)e]-[단, 상기 식에서 a는 1, 2, 3, 4 또는 5이고,b는 0 또는 1이고,c는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고,d는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고,e는 1, 2, 3 또는 4이고,a + e의 합이 6이고, b + c + d의 합이 3이고, b 및 c가 동시에 0이 아니고, 리간드 (CHbFc(CF3)d)는 서로 다를 수 있다.]

- 리튬 전지의 전도성 염으로서 사용되는 제 6항 및 7항에 따른 리튬 플루오로포스페이트.
- 제 6항 및 7항에 따른 화학식 I의 리튬 플루오로포스페이트를 포함하여 이루어지는 리튬 전지용 전해질.
- 제 9항에 따른 전해질을 포함하여 이루어지는 2차 리튬 전지.
