Description
Claims (14)
- 제1 절연체 기판에 넓이방향으로 홈을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1 절연체 기판 위에 길이방향으로 나란한 두 개의 전극을 스퍼터링에 의해 형성하는 단계와,분석하고자 하는 물질과 반응하여 그 물질의 농도에 상응하는 전류를 흐르게 하는 시약을 상기 제1 절연체 기판의 홈에서 상기 두 개의 전극에 걸쳐 고정시키는 단계와,상기 제1 절연체 기판 위에 제2 절연체 기판을 접합시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제1 절연체 기판의 홈은 상기 제2 절연체 기판과 함께 상기 시약이 고정된 부분에 모세관을 형성하는전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제1 절연체 기판 위에 길이방향으로 나란한 두 개의 전극을 스퍼터링에 의해 형성하는 단계와,분석하고자 하는 물질과 반응하여 그 물질의 농도에 상응하는 전류를 흐르게 하는 시약을, 상기 제1 절연체 기판 위에서 상기 두 개의 전극에 걸쳐 고정시키는 단계와,상기 제1 절연체 기판 위에, 상기 전극들을 가로지르는 방향으로 홈을 가지는 제2 절연체 기판을 접합시키는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제2 절연체 기판의 홈은 상기 제1 절연체 기판과 함께 상기 시약이 고정된 부분에 모세관을 형성하는전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전극은 금, 은, 백금, 팔라듐으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나에 의해 형성되는 전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전극은 금속에 의해 하부층을 형성하고, 상기 하부층 위에 금, 은, 백금, 팔라듐으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나에 의해 상부층을 형성함으로써 이루어지는 전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 전극은 쉐도우 마스크를 이용한 스퍼터링에 의해 형성되는 전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 쉐도우 마스크를 이용한 스퍼터링은전극이 형성될 상기 제1 절연체 기판에 점착제를 개재(介在)하여 마스크 필름을 점착시키는 단계와,상기 마스크 필름과 상기 점착제를 원하는 모양으로 커팅하는 단계와,상기 커팅된 마스크 필름과 점착제를 떼어낸 후에 전면을 스퍼터링하는 단계와,상기 떼어내고 남은 마스크 필름과 점착제를 떼어내는 단계를 포함하는 전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 전극은 상기 시약이 고정된 부분에서 빗형으로 서로 맞물려있는 전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1 절연체 기판은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(poly ethylene telephthalate), 폴리에스테르(poly ester), 폴리카보네이트(poly carbonate), 폴리스틸렌(poly stylene), 폴리이미드(poly imide), 폴리비닐클로라이드(poly vinyl chloride), 폴리에틸렌(poly ethylene)로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나에 의해 형성되는 전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립의 제조방법.
- 넓이방향으로 홈을 가지는 제1 절연체 기판과,상기 제1 절연체 기판 위에 스퍼터링에 의해 길이방향으로 나란하게 형성된 두 개의 전극과,상기 제1 절연체 기판의 홈에서 상기 두 개의 전극에 걸쳐 고정화되며, 분석하고자 하는 물질과 반응하여 그 물질의 농도에 상응하는 전류를 흐르게 하는 시약과,상기 제1 절연체 기판 위에 접합되는 제2 절연체 기판을 포함하며,상기 제1 절연체 기판의 홈은 상기 제2 절연체 기판과 함께 상기 시약이 고정된 부분에 모세관을 형성하는전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립.
- 제1 절연체 기판과,상기 제1 절연체 기판 위에 스퍼터링에 의해 길이방향으로 나란하게 형성된 두 개의 전극과,상기 제1 절연체 기판 위에서 상기 두 개의 전극에 걸쳐 고정화되며, 분석하고자 하는 물질과 반응하여 그 물질의 농도에 상응하는 전류를 흐르게 하는 시약과,상기 제1 절연체 기판 위에 접합되며, 상기 전극들을 가로지르는 방향으로 홈을 가지는 제2 절연체 기판을 포함하며,상기 제2 절연체 기판의 홈은 상기 제1 절연체 기판과 함께 상기 시약이 고정된 부분에 모세관을 형성하는전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 전극은 금, 은, 백금, 팔라듐으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나에 의해 형성되는 전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 전극은 금속에 의해 하부층을 형성하고, 상기 하부층 위에 금, 은, 백금, 팔라듐으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나에 의해 상부층을 형성함으로써 이루어지는전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립의 제조방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서,상기 제1 절연체 기판은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(poly ethylene telephthalate), 폴리에스테르(poly ester), 폴리카보네이트(poly carbonate), 폴리스틸렌(poly stylene), 폴리이미드(poly imide), 폴리비닐클로라이드(poly vinyl chloride), 폴리에틸렌(poly ethylene)로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나에 의해 형성되는 전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 의한 전기화학적 바이오센서 테스트 스트립과,상기 테스트 스트립의 작동전극 및 기준전극과 전기적으로 연결되어, 상기 작동전극 및 기준전극에 일정 전압을 인가하며, 시약과 시료의 반응에 의하여 발생하는 전류를 측정하여, 시료중의 측정하고자 하는 물질의 농도를 표시하는 측정기를포함하는 바이오센서 시스템
