Claims (5)
- 리본 광섬유 케이블에 있어서,수평 배열된 다수개의 광섬유와;상기 광섬유들의 상하에 도포된 상하 코팅층과;상기 광섬유들 중 최외곽에 위치한 광섬유의 각 외측면에 도포되며, 상기 상하 코팅층보다 얇은 두께를 가진 측면 코팅층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 리본 광섬유 케이블.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 측면 코팅층의 두께는 10 ㎛ 이하임을 특징으로 하는 리본 광섬유 케이블.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상하 코팅층 및 측면 코팅층은 자외선 경화형 코팅재로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 리본 광섬유 케이블.
- 리본 광섬유 케이블 제조 장치에 있어서,다이 바디와;상기 다이 바디를 관통하며 단면이 직사각형 모양인 다이 홀로 구성되며;상기 다이 홀의 높이(H)는 수학식 H = D + (0.05 ~ 0.2 mm)에 의해, (여기서, D는 광섬유의 외경)상기 다이 홀의 폭(W)은 수학식 W = D × N + (0 ~ 0.1 mm)에 의해 (여기서, N은 광섬유의 심수) 정해짐을 특징으로 하는 리본 광섬유 코팅용 다이.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 다이 바디는 분리 가능한 상판과 하판으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 리본 광섬유 코팅용 다이.
