Claims (12)
- 기공율이 20∼60 %이며, 평균 기공경이 0.5∼30 μm이고, 전체 기공의 90 % 이상이 개기공구조를 가지며, 전기저항식으로 발열이 가능한, SiC 입자가 연결되어 이루어진 골격구조와 그 위에 반응소결로 형성된 SiC, Si와 MoSi2로 이루어진 코팅층으로 구성되며, 코팅층을 형성하는 원료 분말 중 SiC 분말의 중량 분율이 전체 원료 분말의 30∼80% 범위이고, 원료 분말 중 (Si+MoSi2):C의 중량비가 4:1∼15:1 범위인 다공성 세라믹 발열체.
- 제1항에 있어서, SiC, Si와 MoSi2로 이루어진 코팅층 내의 MoSi2의 함량이 코팅층 전체를 기준으로 0 중량% 초과 내지 80 중량% 이하인 다공성 세라믹 발열체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기 비저항이 0.1-50 Ωcm인 다공성 세라믹 발열체.
- 1) SiC, Si, MoSi2및 C의 원료 분말 및 결합제를 혼합하는 단계,2) 단계 1)에서 얻어진 혼합물을 원하는 형상과 치수로 성형하는 단계,3) 단계 2)에서 얻어진 성형체에 포함된 유기물이나 액상 매체를 제거하는 건조 및 탈지 단계, 및4) 단계 3)에서 얻어진 건조 및 탈지된 성형체를 반응소결시켜 골격구조 위에 코팅층을 형성시키는 단계로 이루어지며, 코팅층을 형성하는 원료 분말 중 SiC 분말의 중량 분율이 전체 원료 분말의 30∼80% 범위이고, 원료 분말 중 (Si+MoSi2):C의 중량비가 4:1∼15:1 범위인 제1항에 기재된 다공성 세라믹 발열체의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제4항에 있어서, 단계 5)의 반응소결이 성형체를 진공 또는 불활성 기체 분위기에서 0.1∼3 시간 동안 1450∼1800℃로 가열함으로써 수행되는 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료 분말인 SiC의 평균 입경이 1∼150 μm인 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료 분말인 C로 카본 블랙을 사용하는 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원료 분말인 C로 평균 입경이 0.5∼5 μm 범위인 흑연을 사용하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 비정질 흑연을 사용하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 결정질 흑연을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항의 다공성 세라믹 발열체를 포함하는 자체발열식 배기가스 필터.
