Claims (159)
- ① 하나 이상의 이중 가닥 DNA 분자를 제공하는 단계,② 하나 이상의 이중 가닥 DNA 분자의 적어도 일부분을 변성시키는 단계, 및③ 하나 이상의 이중 가닥 DNA 분자의 하나 이상의 변성 부분 중의 하나 이상의 뉴클레오티드에, 하나 이상의 화학 잔기가 부착되는 하나 이상의 변성 부분의 재결정화를 방해하는 하나 이상의 화학 잔기를 부착하는 단계를 포함하는, 생물학적 화학적 태그(tag)의 제조방법.

- 제 5 항에 있어서,상이한 습윤성을 갖는 기재의 영역을 다수의 교번하는 선으로 제공하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 생물학적 화학적 태그의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,기재상에 DNA를 변성시킬 수 있는 용액을 침착시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 생물학적 화학적 태그의 제조방법.
