Claims (11)
- 시제품(prototypes)을 제작하는 용착 적층식 쾌속조형방법에 있어서,시제품을 모델링하는 단계와, 모델링된 시제품을 절단 알고리즘을 이용하여 임의의 두께를 갖는 다수의 두께 절단면으로 절단하는 단계와, 상기 두께 절단면을 분할 알고리즘을 이용하여 소재인 판재띠(Strip)를 한번에 절단할 수 있는 다수의 부영역 분할면으로 분할하는 단계와, 상기 다수의 부영역 분할면에 따라 상기 판재띠에서 시제품의 형상을 만드는 모델부를 제외하고 초음파 원리를 이용하여 절단 제거하는 단계 및, 상기 모델부를 초음파 원리를 이용하여 서로 용착하고 적층하여 시제품을 완성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 판재띠의 테두리부인 잉여부와 상기 모델부를 잉여부에 고정하는 지지부를 더 제외하고 절단 제거하며, 용착이 완료된 제품에서 상기 잉여부와 지지부를 제거하여 시제품을 완성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형방법.
- 시제품(prototypes)을 제작하는 용착 적층식 쾌속조형장치에 있어서,판재띠(Strip)형상의 재료를 공급하는 적어도 하나 이상의 재료공급장치와, 상기 재료공급장치에 의해 공급되는 판재띠를 계산된 CAD 데이터에 따라 경사와 윤곽을 갖게 초음파 원리를 이용하여 절단하는 초음파 절단장치와, 절단된 단면조각들을 초음파 원리로 연속적으로 용착하는 초음파 용착장치와, 상기 단면조각들이순차적으로 용착 적층되도록 상하로 이송되는 이송장치 및, 상기 재료공급장치와 초음파 절단장치와 초음파 용착장치 및 이송장치를 각각 제어하는 제어장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 판재띠로는 세라믹, 금속 또는 열가소성 플라스틱 재료가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 재료공급장치에서는 두께와 폭이 상이한 판재띠를 각각 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 재료공급장치가 이종의 판재띠를 선택적으로 공급하여 이종 재료로 구성된 시제품을 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 절단장치는 초음파 장비의 끝단에 회전가능하게 결합된 칼날인 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 용착장치는 초음파 장비로서, 초음파 장비의 끝단에 위치하는 혼(Horn)에 의해 진동 및 가압되어 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 장비의 혼의 끝단에는 롤러가 결합되어 있으며, 상기 롤러에 의해 진동 및 가압되어 용착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 판재띠는 롤 형태로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 판재띠는 시트(sheet) 형태로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌속조형장치.
