Claims (3)
- 재조합 CHO(Chinese Hamster Ovary) 세포로부터 발현된 수두 바이러스(VZV)의 gpI 당단백질을 정제하는 데 있어서, 재조합 CHO 세포의 배양, 배지를 원심분리하고, 상등액을 투석하고, 투석물을 음이온 교환 크로마토그래피하는 단계를 포함하는 정제 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 음이온 교환 크로마토그래피에서 수지로는 Q- 또는 DEAE-세파로스를 사용하고, 에탄올 아민, 트리스, 비스-트리스 또는 인산염을 포함하는 pH 5.9 내지 9.5의 완충용액중 0.15 M 내지 0.6 M의 선형 농도 구배의 염화나트륨으로 용출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 음이온 교환 크로마토그래피에서, 용출전에 50 mM 이상의 염용액으로 염세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
