Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- (a) 광방사(光放射)를 투과시키면서, 긁힘저항성(scratch resistance)을 갖는 외측층(2),(b) 이 외측층(2)에 결합되며, 적어도 외측층(2)과의 접촉 결합면에 슬립(slip) 특성을 구비한 제 1 수지층(3)을 포함하되,(c) 이 제 1 수지층(3)은 상기 접촉 결합면의 반대측에서 광방사를 반사시키는 반사층(4)으로 도포되고,(d) 이 제 1 수지층(3)이, 결합층(6)의 개재에 의해 적어도 이 결합층과 접촉되는 측의 반대측 개방 외표면인 슬립층(8)에 슬립 특성을 갖는 제 2 수지층(5)에 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 광방사용 적층(積層)반사기(1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 박리포일(剝離箔)(13)이 감압(感壓)접착층(9)에 의해 슬립층(8) 상에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기접착성 적층반사기(15).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 외측층(2)은 가교결합된(crosslinked) 아크릴 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층반사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 외측층(2)은 최대 3 %의 확산율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고광택 적층반사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 엠보스(embossed) 패턴이 외측층(2)의 표면에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층반사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 반사층(4)은 플라즈마 스퍼터링(plasma sputtering) 기술에 의해 도포된 은(銀)층인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층반사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 수지층(3)은 폴리에스테르 포일(foil)인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층반사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 2 수지층(5)은 폴리에스테르 포일인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층반사기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 충전제(14)가, 요구되는 슬립 특성을 제공하기 위해 제 1 수지층(3)과 제 2 수지층(5), 또는 이들 중 하나의 수지층에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층반사기.
- 제 1 수지층(3), 제 2 수지층(5), 반사층(4) 및 제 1 및 제 2 수지층 사이에 개재되는 결합층(6)을 포함하되, 제 1 및 제 2 수지층의 외측 표면인 슬립코팅층(7)과 슬립층(8)이 슬립 특성을 가지는, 제 1 항에 따른 적층반사기를제조하기 위한 중간제품으로서의 반사 코어시트(11).
- 박리포일(剝離箔)(13)이 감압접착층(9)에 의해 결합되는 코어시트(11)를 포함하는, 제 2 항에 따른 자기접착성 적층반사기(15)의 제조를 위한 중간 제품으로서의 적층구조물(11, 9, 13).
- 감압접착층(9)에 의해 제 1 항에 따른 적층반사기(1)가 고정되는 지지체(10)를 포함하는 광반사 구조물(16).
- 감압접착층(9)에 의해 코어시트(11)가 고정되는 지지체(10)를 포함하는 광반사 구조물(16)의 제조를 위한 적층결합물(17).
- (a) 일측 표면인 슬립코팅층(7) 상에 슬립 특성을 가지고 있는 제 1 플라스티 포일 또는 제 1 수지층(3)의 반대측면을 반사층(4)으로 도포하는 단계,(b) 위와 같이 얻어진 이중적층기체(12)를, 슬립 특성이 있는 슬립층(8)을 가지는 제 2 수지층(5) 상기 결합층(6)에 의해 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 반사 코어시트(11)의 제조 방법.
