Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 원료인 알루미나원 분말과 실리카원 분말에 플루오르계 반응 촉매를 첨가하여 혼합하고, 이를 조립하여 과립상으로 만든 후 1200-1500 ℃에서 0.5-5 시간 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 다공성 뮬라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 원료에 유기 바인더를 더 첨가하여 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,알루미나원이 깁사이트(Al(OH)3), 보헤마이트(AlOOH) 또는 감마 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,실리카원이 퓸드 실리카(fumed silica), 침전 실리카 또는 실리카 샌드(silica sand)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,플루오르계 반응 촉매가 AlF3또는 (NH4)2SiF6인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 알루미나원과 실리카원의 Al/Si 비가 2.5-4.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 플루오르계 반응 촉매는 생성되는 뮬라이트에 대해 0.5-3.0 중량%의 양으로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,분무 건조, 체조립 또는 과립기를 이용하여 과립상으로 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유기 바인더는 PVA, PPO 및 ABS의 적어도 1 종인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유기 바인더는 원료 분말과 촉매의 고형분 함량에 대해 2-15 중량%로 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 다공성 뮬라이트 분말은 브레이크 패드 또는 라이닝의 마찰재로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
