Claims (5)
- 일정한 폭을 가지며, 인접한 영역과는 분극의 방향이 180도 차이가 나는 복수의 분극영역으로 분할되는 비선형 물질 기판과; 상기 복수의 분극영역의 상하측에 대향하도록 접하여, 그 하부의 분극영역에 전기장을 인가할 수 있는 복수의 픽셀전극과; 상기 픽셀전극과 평행한 방향으로 광이 입사되며, 그 입사되는 영역으로 다시 출사될 수 있도록, 그 맞은편의 비선형 물질 기판의 측면에 접하는 반사판으로 구성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 1차원 광 모듈레이터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비선형 물질 기판은 LiNbO3인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사형 1차원 광 모듈레이터.
- 광원과; 상기 광원의 상부측으로 소정거리 이격된 위치에 위치하여 광원의 광을 반사형 1차원 광 모듈레이터에 입사될 수 있도록 반사함과 아울러 1차원 광 모듈레이터에서 회절되지 않고 출사되는 광을 차단하는 반사 및 차단판과; 상기 1차원 광 모듈레이터에서 회절되어 출사되는 광을 집속하는 결상렌즈로 구성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 투사장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 결상렌즈의 광을 두 초점으로 집속하는 집속렌즈와; 상기 집속렌즈의 광을 반사하여 이미지판에 표시되도록 하는갈바노메터(galvanometer)를 더 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 투사장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 반사형 1차원 광 모듈레이터는 상기 반사 및 차단판을 통해 조사되는 광을 그 파장에 따라 3면으로 각기 반사하며, 3면에서 입사되는 광을 반사하여 상기 반사 및 차단판측으로 출사하는 반사부와; 전압의 인가에 따라 상기 반사부의 광을 인가받아 반사 및 회절시켜 출사시키는 3개의 광 모듈레이터로 구성하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 투사장치.
