Claims (4)
- 광섬유 인출 공정에서 인출된 광섬유의 편광모드분산을 최소화하기 위한 스핀 장치에 있어서,(a) 인출 타워의 최하단에 배치되는 베이스 플레이트;(b) 제1회전축을 중심으로 회전하여 인출된 광섬유를 캡스탄으로 이송시키고, 상기 제1회전축과 직각인 제2회전축을 중심으로 주기적으로 소정의 각도 내에서 회전하며, 인출된 광섬유와 외주면이 접촉한 상태로 인출된 광섬유의 텐션을 이용하여 주기적 꼬임을 인가하며, 상기 베이스 플레이트에 정렬된 상태로 장착되는 틸팅 스핀 휠;(c) 상기 틸팅 스핀 휠을 감싸게 상기 베이스 플레이트에 장착되는 커버; 및(d) 상기 틸팅 스핀 휠의 제2회전축에 연결되어 구동 모터로 부터 동력을 전달받아 회전 속도를 감속시키는 감속부로 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 스핀 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 틸팅 스핀 휠은외주면 에지를 따라서 마주보게 제공된 돌출 부분들;상기 돌출 부분들 사이에 제공된 오목부; 및상기 돌출 부분과 오목 부분사이에 마주보게 제공된 경사면으로 구성되어짐을 특징으로 하는 스핀 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 틸팅 스핀 휠은 약 10°이내에서 상기 제2회전축을 중심으로 회전함을 특징으로 하는 스핀 장치.
