Claims (6)
- ISO 14649에 기반한 SFP 시스템에서 STEP-NC 용 파트 프로그램을 자동 생성하는 방법에 있어서,STEP에 따라서 생성된 물리 파일이나, ISO 14649에 따라서 생성된 파트 프로그램을 해석하여 기하형상 모델링 커널 데이터를 생성하는 단계,상기 기하형상 모델링 커널의 데이터로부터 가공특징형상을 인식하는 단계,상기 가공특징형상에 기초하여 ISO 14649에 따른 공정계획을 수립하는 단계,상기 공정계획을 편집하는 단계,상기 편집된 공정계획으로부터 ISO 14649에 따른 파트 프로그램을 생성하는 단계,상기 파트 프로그램에 정의된 가공특징형상 정보에 기초하여 공구경로를 생성하는 단계,상기 생성된 공구경로를 CNC 내에서 검증하는 단계를 포함하는 스텝-엔씨(STEP-NC) 용 파트 프로그램을 자동 생성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공정계획을 수립하는 단계는,상기 가공특징형상에 ISO 14649에서 정의하는 가공 오퍼레이션을 설정하는 단계,상기 설정된 가공 오퍼레이션에 대해, 절삭 공구 정보, 기본 가공 패턴을 나타내는 가공 전략, 공구의 접근 및 퇴각 방법, 절삭깊이, RPM, feed rate 등의 절삭 조건, 공구 경로간 연결 방법, 절삭유 사용 여부 등의 공정 데이터를 설정하는 단계,상기 가공특징형상 및 상기 가공 오퍼레이션에 기초하여 workingstep을 구성하는 단계,상기 workingstep을 setup에 따라 grouping하는 단계,상기 workingstep의 순서를 정하는 단계를 포함하는 스텝-엔씨(STEP-NC) 용 파트 프로그램을 자동 생성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 공정계획을 편집하는 단계는,Code Viewer를 이용하여 해당 가공특징형상을 시각적으로 확인하는 단계,Workingstep의 실행 순서를 2D 화면 상에 PSG(Process Sequence Graph)의 형태로 나타내는 단계,포인팅 디바이스를 이용하여 상기 PSG의 노드 및 아크를 이동, 편집하여 비선형 공정계획을 수립하는 단계,상기 비선형 공정계획을 ISO 14649에 따른 구성으로 나타내는 단계를 포함하는 스텝-엔씨(STEP-NC) 용 파트 프로그램을 자동 생성하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 공구경로의 검증 단계는,CNC와 일체화된 SFP(built-in SFP) 시스템에 사용되기 위한 또는 CNC와 분리된 SFP(external SFP) 시스템에 사용되기 위한 ISO 14649 파트 프로그램을 생성하는 단계,ISO 6983에 기반한 CNC를 위한 G 코드 파트 프로그램은 생성하는 단계,상기 CNC와 일체화된 SFP 시스템에서 별도의 변환 과정을 거치지 않고 상기 CNC의 축을 구동하는 직접 명령으로 사용하기 위한 CNC 내부 데이터를 생성하는 단계,상기 CNC 상에서 와이어 및 솔리드 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 상기 CNC 내부 데이터를 검증하는 단계를 포함하는 스텝-엔씨(STEP-NC) 용 파트 프로그램을 자동 생성하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 Code Viewer를 이용하여 해당 가공특징형상을 시각적으로 확인하는 단계는,상기 가공특징형상으로부터 3D 가시화 데이터를 구성하는 단계,그래픽 라이브러리를 이용하여 3D 화면에 상기 3D 가시화 데이터를 표시하는 단계,포인팅 디바이스를 이용하여 상기 3D 화면 상에서 상기 가공특징형상을 선택하여 특징형상 파라미터를 확인 및 편집하는 단계,상기 특징형상 파라미터의 선택, 확인 및 편집에 의한 결과를 상기 파트 프로그램 및 상기 3D 화면에 반영시키는 단계를 포함하는 스텝-엔씨(STEP-NC) 용 파트 프로그램을 자동 생성하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,CNC와 일체화된 SFP 시스템에 사용되기 위한 또는 CNC와 분리된 SFP 시스템에 사용되기 위한 ISO 14649 파트 프로그램을 생성하는 상기 단계에서,상기 CNC와 일체화된 SFP 시스템은 가공특징형상 DB, 가공지식 DB, 기계자원 DB, 가공공정 DB를 상기 CNC와 공유하고, ISO 14649 파트 프로그램을 생성하여 CNC에 전달하거나 또는 ISO 14649 파트 프로그램을 생성하지 않고 상기 PSG를 직접 CNC에 전달하며,상기 CNC와 분리된 SFP 시스템은 ISO 14649 파트 프로그램을 생성하여 CNC에 전달하는 스텝-엔씨(STEP-NC) 용 파트 프로그램을 자동 생성하는 방법.
