Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 페닐피리다지논:상기 식에서,R1은 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내고,R2는 시아노, 카바모일, 티오카바모일, 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내며,R3는 그룹 -A1-A2-A3를 나타내고,여기에서,A1은 단일결합을 나타내거나, 산소 또는 그룹 -N-A4(여기에서, A4는 수소, 하이드록실, C1-C4-알킬, C3-C4-알케닐, C3-C4-알키닐, C1-C4-알콕시, 페닐, C1-C4-알킬설포닐 또는 페닐설포닐을 나타낸다)를 나타내며,A2는 단일결합을 나타내거나, 임의로 불소-, 염소- 또는 브롬-치환된 C1-C6-알칸디일을 나타내고,A3는 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내거나, 각각의 경우에 알킬그룹에 1개 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 가지며, 각각 임의로 불소-, 염소- 또는 C1-C4-알콕시-치환된 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬티오, 알킬설피닐, 알킬설포닐, 알킬아미노, 디알킬아미노, 알콕시카보닐 또는 디알콕시(티오)포스포릴을 나타내거나,A3는 또한 각각의 경우에 알케닐, 알킬리덴 또는 알키닐 그룹에 2개 내지 6개의 탄소원자를 가지며, 각각 임의로 불소- 또는 염소-치환된 알케닐, 알케닐옥시, 알케닐아미노, 알킬리덴아미노, 알케닐옥시카보닐, 알키닐, 알키닐옥시, 알키닐아미노 또는 알키닐옥시카보닐을 나타내며,R4, R5및 R6는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 수소, 시아노, 티오카바모일, 니트로, 하이드록실, 머캅토, 아미노, 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내거나 각각의 경우에 알킬 그룹에 1개 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 가지며, 각각 임의로 불소- 및/또는 염소-치환된 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬티오, 알킬아미노 또는 디알킬아미노를 나타내고,단 이들 화합물중에서 2-(2,4,5-트리클로로-페닐)-피리다진-3-온 및 4-클로로-5-디메틸아미노-2-(4-클로로-2-플루오로-5-프로파길옥시-페닐)-피리다진-3-온은 제외된다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,R1은 불소 또는 염소를 나타내고,R2는 시아노, 티오카바모일, 불소, 염소, 또는 브롬을 나타내며,R3는 그룹 -A1-A2-A3를 나타내고,여기에서,A1은 단일결합을 나타내거나, 산소 또는 A4가 수소, 하이드록실, 메틸, 에틸, n- 또는 i-프로필, 메톡시, 에톡시, n- 또는 i-프로폭시, 메틸설포닐 또는 에틸설포닐을 나타내는 그룹 -N-A4를 나타내며,A2는 단일결합을 나타내거나, 메틸렌, 에탄-1,1-디일, 에탄-1,2-디일, 프로판-1,1-디일, 프로판-1,2-디일, 프로판-1,3-디일을 나타내고,A3는 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내거나, 각각 임의로 불소-, 염소-, 메톡시- 또는 에톡시-치환된 메틸, 에틸, n- 또는 i-프로필, n-, i-, s- 또는 t-부틸, n-, i-, s- 또는 t-펜틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, n- 또는 i-프로폭시, n-, i-, s- 또는 t-부톡시, n-, i-, s- 또는 t-펜틸옥시, 메틸티오, 에틸티오, n- 또는 i-프로필티오, n-, i-, s- 또는 t- 부틸티오, 메틸설피닐, 에틸설피닐, n- 또는 i-프로필설피닐, 메틸설포닐, 에틸설포닐, n- 또는 i-프로필설포닐, 메틸아미노, 에틸아미노, n-또는 i-프로필아미노, n-, i-, s- 또는 t-부틸아미노, 디메틸아미노, 디에틸아미노, 메톡시카보닐, 에톡시카보닐, n- 또는 i-프로폭시카보닐, 디메톡시포스포릴, 디에톡시포스포릴, 디프로폭시포스포릴 또는 디이소프로폭시포스포릴을 나타내거나,A3는 또한 각각 임의로 불소- 또는 염소-치환된 프로페닐, 부테닐, 프로페닐옥시, 부테닐옥시, 프로페닐아미노, 부테닐아미노, 프로필리덴아미노, 부틸리덴아미노, 프로페닐옥시카보닐, 부테닐옥시카보닐, 프로피닐, 부티닐, 프로피닐옥시, 부티닐옥시, 프로피닐아미노, 부티닐아미노, 프로피닐옥시카보닐 또는 부티닐옥시카보닐을 나타내며,R4, R5및 R6는 동일하거나 상이하며, 각각 수소, 시아노, 티오카바모일, 니트로, 하이드록실, 머캅토, 아미노, 불소, 염소 또는 브롬을 나타내거나 각각 임의로 불소- 및/또는 염소-치환된 메틸, 에틸, n- 또는 i-프로필, n-, i-, s- 또는 t-부틸, 메톡시, 에톡시, 메틸티오, 에틸티오, 메틸아미노, 에틸아미노 또는 디메틸아미노를 나타내고,단, 이들 화합물중에서, 2-(2,4,5-트리클로로-페닐)-피리다진-3-온 및 4-클로로-5-디메틸아미노-2-(4-클로로-2-플루오로-5-프로파길옥시-페닐)-피리다진-3-온은 제외됨을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 페닐피리다지논.
- (a) 일반식(Ⅱ)의 할로게노아렌을, 경우에 따라 반응 보조제의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅲ)의 피리다지논 또는 일반식(Ⅲ) 화합물의 산부가물 또는 알칼리 금속염과 반응시키거나, (b) 일반식 (IV)의 아릴하이드라진을, 경우에 따라 반응 보조제의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하에서 일반식(V)의 β-트리할로메틸-에논과 반응시키거나, (c) 일반식(VI)의 하이드라존카복실산을 폐환 축합시키거나(cyclocondensed), 즉 탈수제와 반응시키거나, (d) 일반식(Ⅰa)의 2,4-이치환된 페닐피리다지논을 질화시킴으로써, 즉 질화제와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 따른 페닐피리다지논을 제조하는 방법:상기 식에서,R1, R2, R3, R4, R5및 R6는 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 언급된 의미를 가지며,X1및 X2는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 페닐피리다지논을 적어도 하나 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제초제.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 페닐피리다지논을 원치않는 식물및/또는 이들의 서식처에 작용시킴을 특징으로 하여 원치않는 식물을 구제하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 페닐피리다지논을 증량제 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여 제초제를 제조하는 방법.
