Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- a) 양이온 중합성 단량체(들);b) 양이온 개시제(들) 0.05 내지 4 중량%;c) 상기 단량체(들)내에서 가용성이며 중합 반응을 방해하지 않는 양이온 부분 및 음이온 부분을 포함하는 (여기서, 음이온 부분은 비-배위 유기물 친화성 탄소 함유 음이온임) 비휘발성 전도율 증강제(들) 0.001 내지 10 중량%를 포함하며,정전 보조(electrostatic assistance)에 의해 지지체에 도포되기에 충분한 율을 지니며, 상기 단량체(들) 및 개시제(들)는 조합 사용시 정전 보조에 의해 지지체에 도포되기에 불충분한 전도율을 갖게 되는 것을 특징으로 정전 보조에 의해 지지체에 도포하기에 적절한 양이온 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 무용제성인 것인 양이온 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단량체(들)는 비닐 에테르, 비닐리덴 에테르, N-비닐카르바졸, 비닐 실란, N-비닐 피롤리디논, 1,1-디알킬 치환된 을레핀, 트리알킬 치환된 올레핀, 테트라알킬 치환된 올레핀, 스티렌, 치환된 스티렌, 고리형 올레핀, 비고리형 올레핀, 공액 디올레핀, 에폭시드, 고리형 에테르 및 이의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 양이온 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개시제(들)는 루이스산, 유기 양성자산, 무수물, 오늄염, 페로세늄염 및 유기 금속 양이온 염으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 양이온 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비-배위 유기물 친화성 탄소 함유 음이온은a) 화학식량이 200 kg/kmol 이상인 것,b) 알킬설포네이트, 시클로알킬설포네이트, 아릴설포네이트, 플루오로알킬설포닐이미드, 플루오로알킬설포닐메티드, 아릴보레이트, 카보란 음이온, 메탈로카보란 음이온 및 붕소 카테콜레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것,c) 불소로 치환시킨 것의3개 특징 중에서, 1개 내지 3개를 또 다른 특징으로 하는 것인 양이온 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비-배위 유기물 친화성 탄소 함유 음이온은 하기 화학식 I, II 및 III 중 하나를 갖는 것인 양이온 중합성 조성물.화학식 I화학식 II화학식 III상기 식에서, X는 H, 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴, 알카릴, -SO2R, -SO2Rf, -C(O)R, -SO2F 및 -C(O)Rf로 구성된 군에서 선택되며,R은 알킬, 시클로알킬, 아랄킬, 치환된 알킬, 아릴 및 치환된 아릴로 구성된 군에서 선택되며,Rf는 1 개 이상의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 1 가 불소화 포화 지방족 라디칼이다.
- 제6항에 있어서,a) Rf는 퍼플루오로알킬기 또는 퍼플루오로시클로알킬기인 것 또는b) X는 -SO2Rf기이며, Rf는 퍼플루오로알킬기 또는 퍼플루오로시클로알킬기인 것의2개 특징 중에서, 1개 또는 2개를 또 다른 특징으로 하는 것인 양이온 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비-배위 유기물 친화성 탄소 함유 음이온은 하기 화학식 IV를 갖는 것인 양이온 중합성 조성물.화학식 IV상기 식에서, R'f는 방향족 고리에 결합된 1 개 내지 5개의 동일하거나 서로 상이한 불소화 치환체(들)이며, 이는 1 개 이상의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 1 개 이상의 1 가 불소화 포화 지방족 라디칼 또는 1 개 이상의 불소 원자로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 양이온 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전도율 증강제의 양이온 부분은 알칼리 금속 양이온, 알칼리 토금속 양이온, Va족 오늄 이온, VIa족 오늄 이온 및 VIIa족 오늄 이온으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것인 양이온 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 해리 증진제(들)을 더 포함하는 것인 양이온 중합성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,a) 점도는 약 10-3∼약 10 Pa·s로 측정된 것 또는b) 전도율은 약 10-7∼약 10-1S/m인 것의2개 특징 중에서, 1개 또는 2개를 또 다른 특징으로 하는 양이온 중합성 조성물.
- 양이온 중합성 단량체(들) 및 양이온 개시제(들) 0.05 내지 4 중량%가 조합하여 사용될 경우 정전 보조에 의해 도포되기에 불충분한 전도율을 갖게 되는 양이온 중합성 단량체(들) 및 양이온 개시제(들)를 포함하는 조성물의 도포 방법으로서,a) 전도율 증강제(들) 0.001 내지 10 중량% 및 임의로 해리 증진제(들)를 상기 조성물에 첨가하여 도포 조성물을 얻는 단계;b) 정전 보조에 의해 지지체에 도포 조성물을 도포하는 단계;C) 도포 조성물을 중합화시키는 단계를 포함하는 조성물의 도포 방법.
- a) 제1면 및 제2면을 갖는 백킹;b) 한면이 상기 백킹의 제1면에 피복되는, 양면 접착제층;c) 제1항에 의한 중합된 조성물을 포함하는, 백킹의 제2면상의 박리층을 포함하는 기판.
- 제1항의 조성물을 1개 또는 2개의 주요면의 일부 또는 전부에 전기 분무하는 2개의 주요면을 갖는 기판.
