Claims (9)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 사방정계 구조의 리튬망간산화물.[화학식 1]LixMeyMn1-yO2-zFz(식중, Me는 붕소 또는 갈륨이고, x는 0.9∼1.3이며, y는 0.02∼0.25이고, z는 0.05∼0.2이다).
- a) 리튬염, 망간염, 보론염 또는 갈륨염 및 리튬염을 혼합 및 분쇄하는 단계;b) 상기 혼합물을 반응로에 넣은 다음, 반응로로부터 산소 가스를 제거하는 단계;c) 상기 혼합물을 400∼650℃에서 10∼24시간 동안 칼시네이션하는 단계; 및d) 상기 단계 c)의 결과물을 650∼800℃에서 24∼48시간 동안 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 1의 리튬망간산화물의 제조방법.[화학식 1]LixMeyMn1-yO2-zFz(식중, Me는 붕소 또는 갈륨이고, x는 0.9∼1.3이며, y는 0.02∼0.25이고, z는 0.05∼0.2이다).
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염이 탄산리튬 (Li2CO3), 수산화리튬 (LiOH·H2O) 또는 산화리튬 (Li2O)인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬망간산화물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 망간염이 이산화망간 (β-MnO2), 삼산화망간 (Mn2O3) 또는 탄산망간 (MnCO3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬망간산화물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보론염과 갈륨염이 각각 삼산화보론 (B2O3) 및 수산화갈륨 (Ga(OH)3)인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬망간산화물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (b) 및 (d)가 질소 가스 또는 아르곤 가스 존재하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬망간산화물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (d) 이후에 분쇄 단계를 더 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬망간산화물의 제조방법.
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 리튬망간산화물을 포함하는 캐소드 전극;리튬금속, 리튬합금 또는 탄소재로부터 선택된 활물질을 포함하는 애노드 전극; 및전해질로 이루어진 리튬 2차 전지.[화학식 1]LixMeyMn1-yO2-zFz(식중, Me는 붕소 또는 갈륨이고, x는 0.9∼1.3이며, y는 0.02∼0.25이고, z는 0.05∼0.2이다).
- 제1항, 2항 및 8항에 있어서, 입자 크기가 1∼30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬망간산화물, 리튬망간산화물의 제조방법 및 리튬 2차 전지.
