Claims (4)
- 사출성형용 또는 압축성형용 금속분말과 결합제를 포함하는 분말금속 성형물에 초임계 액체를 접촉시켜 상기 결합제를 추출분리하는 분말금속 성형물의 탈지방법에 있어서, 이산화탄소와 프로판의 초임계 혼합유체를 이용하여 탈지시키는 것이 특징인 결합제 중의 왁스류의 탈지방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이산화탄소와 프로판의 비율이 95∼15 : 5∼85 무게%인 것이 특징인 결합제 중의 왁스류의 탈지방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이산화탄소와 프로판 혼합유체의 혼합비율에 따른 초임계 온도(32.9 ∼ 86.4 ℃)에서 수행하는 것이 특징인 결합제 중의 왁스류의 탈지방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탈지압력을 100 ∼ 500 bar에서 수행하는 것이 특징인 결합제 중의 왁스류의 탈지방법.
