Claims (3)
- 마이크로미터 단위의 미세한 폭을 가지는 액체유동용 마이크로채널이 형성되어 있으며, 그 마이크로채널은 직선형으로 연장되는 다수의 직선채널부와, 인접된 한 쌍의 직선채널부들을 연결하는 연결채널부를 구비하는 마이크로채널 구조체에 있어서,상기 연결채널부는 그 연결채널부에 의해 연결되는 직선채널부들의 폭보다 큰 폭을 가지도록 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로채널 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 연결채널부의 폭은, 그 연결채널부에 의해 연결되는 직선채널부들 중 어느 하나의 직선채널부로부터 다른 하나의 직선채널부측으로 갈수록 점진적으로 크게 형성되어 그 연결채널부의 중앙부위에서 가장 큰 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로채널 구조체.
