Claims (11)
- 산소 흡수제를 포함하는 열가소성 수지층의 양면에 산소 흡수제와 혼합되지 않은 열가소성 수지층을 적층시켜서 제조한 산소 흡수성의 다층 플라스틱 용기로서, 상기 산소 흡수제를 포함하는 열가소성 수지층의 수지 매트릭스는 거의 비상용성인 다수개의 열가소성 수지 또는 엘라스토머의 혼합물을 포함하고, 상기 비상용성의 열가소성 수지 또는 엘라스토머는 상기 수지 매트릭스내에 존재하여 불균일하게 분포된 다층 구조를 형성하며, 상기 산소 흡수제 입자는 플랫형이거나 또는 방추형의 형상을 지닌 것이 산소 흡수성의 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비상용성의 열가소성 수지 또는 엘라스토머 중 하나는 프로필렌 중합체이고 다른 하나는 에틸렌 중합체인 산소 흡수성의 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 프로필렌 중합체와 에틸렌 중합체를 100:1 내지 1:1의 중량비로 포함하는 것인 산소 흡수성의 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산소 흡수제가 철-타입의 산소 흡수제인 산소 흡수성의 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산소 흡수제가 상기 혼합물을 기준으로 1 내지 200 중량%의 함량으로 혼합되는 산소 흡수성의 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산소 흡수제가 환원성 철 분말과 이 환원성 철 분말의 표면에 견고하게 부착된 산화촉진제 또는 촉매를 포함하는 산소 흡수제 입자인 산소 흡수성의 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 산소 흡수제가 비표면적이 0.5 m2/g 이상이고, 겉보기 밀도가 2.2 g/cc 이하인 산소 흡수제 입자이며, 상기 산화촉진제 또는 촉매는 상기 환원성 철 분말을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5 중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 산소 흡수성의 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 산소 흡수제 입자는 평균 입경이 레이저-산란법으로 측정시 10 내지 50㎛이고 종횡비(단축 길이/장축 길이)는 0.6 이하인 입자가 50% 이상의 함량으로 존재하며, 상기 입자의 압착도는 20% 이상인 산소 흡수성의 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 산소 흡수제 입자는 환원성 철 분말과 산화촉진제 또는 촉매의 분말을 건식-밀링시켜서 제조한 것인 산소 흡수성의 다층 플라스틱 용기.
- 산소 흡수제 입자를 포함하는 산소 흡수제로서, 상기 산소 흡수제 입자는 환원성 철 분말과 이 환원성 철 분말의 표면에 견고하게 부착된 산화촉진제 또는 촉매를 포함하고, 그 비표면적은 0.5 m2/g 이상이며, 겉보기 밀도는 2.2 g/cc 이하이고, 상기 산화촉진제 또는 촉매는 상기 환원성 철 분말을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5 중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 산소 흡수제.
- 제10항의 산소 흡수제 1 내지 200 중량부를 열가소성 수지 100 중량부에 혼합시켜서 제조한 산소 흡수성 수지 조성물.
