Claims (10)
- 대략 67 몰% 이하의 S,대략 10 몰% 이하의 Ga, 및대략 40 몰%이하의 Ge을 포함하여 S의 함량이 GeS2-Ga2S3 조성선 보다 부족하게 첨가되는 Ge-Ga-S계 조성의 유리 기지; 및상기 유리 기지에 도핑되어 형광 및 광증폭 작용을 하는 희토류계 활성제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 희토류계 활성제는 Pr3+ 이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 기지는 Ge32.5Ga5S62.5의 조성을 가지는 Ge-Ga-S계 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 기지는 Ge28.3Ga10S61.7의 조성을 가지는 Ge-Ga-S계 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리 기지에상기 유리 기지의 안정적인 유리화 및 단파장 흡수단의 청색 이동의 작용을 하며 할로겐 원소를 포함하는 유리화 안정제가 더 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐 원소는Br 및 I로 이루어지는 일군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐 원소는상기 유리 기지에 대략 0.1 몰% 내지 15 몰% 정도 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 광통신용 장치에 있어서,신호광 및 여기광을 생성하고 광섬유에 공급하는 수단;대략 67 몰% 이하의 S, 대략 10 몰% 이하의 Ga 및 대략 40 몰%이하의 Ge을 포함하여 S의 함량이 GeS2-Ga2S3 조성선 보다 부족하게 첨가되는 Ge-Ga-S계 조성의 유리 기지 및 상기 기지에 도핑되어 광증폭 작용을 하는 희토류계 활성제를 포함하는 유리 조성물로 이루어지는 광섬유; 및상기 광섬유에서 나오는 광이 상기 광섬유로 되반사되는 것을 방지하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 신호광 및 여기광을 생성하고 광섬유에 공급하는 수단은 커플러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 광이 상기 광섬유로 되반사되는 것을 방지하는 수단은 패러데이 아이솔레이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광증폭 장치.
