Claims (9)
- (A) 설포늄 염 및 무기 카보네이트의 조합, 아조계 화합물, 및 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 광분해 발포제, (B) 광중합형 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머, (C) 광중합성 모노머, (D) 광중합 개시제, (E) 광분해 촉매를 포함하는 조성물에 자외선을 조사하여 자외선 경화 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,광분해 발포제 0.1 내지 20 중량%,광중합형 우레탄 아크릴레이트 올리고머 45 내지 80 중량%,광중합성 모노머 15 내지 50 중량%,광개시제 0.5 내지 10 중량%, 및광분해 촉매 0.01 내지 5 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아조계 광분해 발포제가, 2,2-아조비스(4-메톡시-2,4-디메틸발레로니트릴), 2,2-아조비스(2,4-디메틸발레로니트릴), 2,2-아조비스이소부티로니트릴, 디메틸 2,2-아조비스이소부티레이트, 2,2-아조비스(2-메틸부티로니트릴), 1,1-아조비스(1-시클로헥산카보니트릴), 2-(카바모일아조)-이소부티로니트릴, 2,2-아조비스(2,4,4-트리메틸펜탄), 2,2-아조비스(N,N-디메틸렌이소부틸아미딘)디하이드로클로라이드, 2,2-아조비스(2-아미노프로판)디하이드로클로라이드, 2,2-아조비스(N,N-디메틸렌이소부틸아미드), 4, 4-아조비스[2-메틸-N-(2-하이드록실)프로피온아미드], 아조벤젠, 아조비스-3급-부탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 설포늄염이 하기 구조식의 화합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무기 카보네이트가 탄산칼슘, 중탄산나트륨 및 탄산칼륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,광분해 촉매가 코발트(II) 아세테이트 또는 구리(II) 아세테이트임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물이 광학 물품에 코팅된 후 자외선 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 광학 물품이 공압식 섬유 시스템에 적용되는 섬유 다발인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
