Claims (3)
- 연료전지의 전극 재료로 사용되는 Ni-Al 합금 분말의 제조 방법으로서,Ni 분말에 Al 분말을 혼합하는 단계(a); 및상기 단계(a)의 혼합 분말에 촉매작용을 하는 AlCl3를 포함한 가스를 Ni 및 Al의 용융점 이하의 온도에서 공급하여 Ni 및 Al을 화학반응시켜 Ni-Al 합금 분말을 제조하는 단계(b)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화알루미늄을 이용한 연료전지용 Ni-Al 합금 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,AlCl3를 포함한 가스는 헬륨, 아르곤, 수소, 또는 질소인 것을 특징으로 하는 염화알루미늄을 이용한 연료전지용 Ni-Al 합금 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 Ni-Al 합금 분말.
