- 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 DNA 서열로 숙주를 트랜스펙션시키기 위한 전달 또는 발현 벡터로서, 제1항 내지 제5항 중 임의의 어느 한 항에 따른 DNA 분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벡터.

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드는,MACHα1, MACHα2, MACHα3, MACHβ1, MACHβ2, MACHβ3, MACHβ4 및 MACHβ5로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 MACH 이소폼을 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드.
- 제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드를 생산하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 폴리펩티드의 발현에 적합한 조건하에서 제9항에 따른 형질전환된 숙주세포를 키우는 단계;상기 폴리펩티드를 얻기 위하여 필요한 번역-후 변형들을 수행하는 단계; 및상기 발현된 폴리펩티드를 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드를 생산하기 위한 방법.
- 제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드에 특이성이 있는 항체들.
- FAS-R 또는 p55-R를 수반하는 세포들에 대한 FAS-R 리간드 또는 TNF 효과를 조절하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 FAS-R의 세포내 도메인에 결합할 수 있는 MORT-1에 결합할 수 있거나 또는 p55-R의 세포내 도메인에 결합하는 TRADD에 결합하는 MORT-1에 결합할 수 있고, 그로인해 상기 FAS-R 또는 p55-R의 활성을 조절/매개할 수 있는, 제10항에 따른 하나 이상의 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드로 상기 세포들을 처리하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 세포들의 상기 처리는, 상기 하나 이상의 폴리펩티드를 세포내 도입에 적합한 형식으로 상기 세포들내로 도입하거나, 또는 상기 하나 이상의 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 DNA 서열을, 상기 서열이 상기 세포들내에서 발현될 수 있도록 상기 세포들내로 상기 서열을 도입하도록 하는, 상기 서열을 운반하기에 적당한 벡터의 형태로, 상기 세포들내로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FAS-R 또는 p55-R을 수반하는 세포들에 대한 FAS-R 리간드 또는 TNF 효과를 조절하기 위한 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 세포들의 상기 처리는, 제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드 또는 상기 MORT-1 결합 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 DNA 서열을 상기 서열을 운반하기에 적합한 벡터의 형태로 상기 세포들내로 도입하는데,상기 벡터는, 상기 서열이 상기 세포들내에서 발현될 수 있도록 상기 세포들내로 상기 서열을 도입하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포에 대한 FAS-R 리간드 또는 TNF 효과를 조절하기 위한 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 세포들의 상기 처리는 상기 세포들을 재조합 동물 바이러스 벡터로 트랜스펙션시키는 것으로 다음의 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:(a) FAS-R- 또는 p55-R-수반 세포의 표면에 있는 특정 세포 표면 수용체에 결합 가능한 바이러스 표면 단백질(리간드)를 코딩하는 제1 서열 및 상기 세포에서 발현되는 경우 상기 FAS-R 또는 p55-R의 활성을 조절/매개할 수 있는, 제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 제2 서열을 운반하는 재조합 동물 바이러스 벡터를 제작하는 단계; 및(b) (a)의 상기 벡터로 상기 세포들을 감염시키는 단계.
- FAS-R 또는 p55-R를 수반하는 세포들에 대한 FAS-R 리간드 또는 TNF 효과를 조절하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 세포들을 제13항에 따른 항체들로 처리하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 세포들은, 상기 항체들을 함유하는 적절한 조성물로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 FAS-R 또는 p55-R를 수반하는 세포들에 대한 FAS-R 리간드 또는 TNF 효과를 조절하기 위한 방법.
- FAS-R 또는 p55-R을 수반하는 세포들에 대한 FAS-R 리간드 또는 TNF 효과를 조절하기 위한 방법에 있어서,제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 mRNA의 적어도 부분에 대해 상보적인 서열로 구성되는 안티센스 올리고뉴클레오티드로 상기 세포들을 처리하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 올리고뉴클레오티드는 제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드의 발현을 차단할 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 FAS-R 리간드 또는 TNF 효과를 조절하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드 서열은,FAS-R- 또는 p55-R-수반 세포의 표면에 있는 특정 세포 표면 수용체에 결합 가능한 바이러스 표면 단백질(리간드)를 코딩하는 제1 서열 및상기 올리고뉴클레오티드의 서열인 제2 서열을 운반하는 재조합 동물바이러스 벡터를 통해 상기 세포에 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 종양 세포들 또는 HIV-감염된 세포들을 처리하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 특정 종양 세포 표면 수용체 또는 HIV-감염된 세포 표면 수용체 또는 다른 질환 세포에 의해 수반되는 수용체에 결합할 수 있는 바이러스 표면 단백질을 코딩하는 서열 및상기 종양세포, HIV-감염된 세포 또는 다른 질환 세포에서 발현되는 경우 상기 세포를 죽일 수 있는, 제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 서열을 운반하는 재조합 동물 바이러스 벡터를 구성하는 단계; 및(b) (a)의 상기 벡터로 상기 종양세포, HIV-감염된 세포들 또는 다른 질환 세포들을 감염시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 종양세포, HIV-감염된 세포 또는 다른 질환 세포를 처리하는 방법.
- 세포들에 대한 FAS-R 리간드 또는 TNF 효과를 조절하기 위한 방법에 있어서,제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 세포성 mRNA 서열과 상호작용할 수 있는 라이보자임 서열을 코딩하는 벡터가, 상기 세포들내에서 상기 라이보자임 서열이 발현되도록 하는 형태로 상기 세포들내로 도입되고,상기 라이보자임 서열이 상기 세포들내에 발현되었을 때 상기 세포성 mRNA 서열과 상호작용하고 상기 mRNA 서열을 절단하여 상기 세포들내에서 상기 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드의 발현을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세포들에 대한 FAS-R 리간드 또는 TNF 효과를 조절하기 위한 방법.
- 세포들에 대한 FAS-R 리간드-또는 TNF-효과를 조절하기 위한 약학적 조성물에 있어서, 활성 성분으로서 제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드 및 약학적으로 허용되는 부형제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 세포들에 대한 FAS-R 리간드-또는 TNF-효과를 조절하기 위한 약학적 조성물에 있어서, 활성 성분으로서, 세포표면수용체에 결합가능한 단백질을 코딩하고 제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 부형제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 세포들에 대한 FAS-R 리간드 또는 TNF 효과를 조절하기 위한 약학적 조성물에 있어서, 활성 성분으로서 제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드를 코딩하는 mRNA의 적어도 일부분에 상보적인 서열로 구성된 안티-센스 올리고뉴클레오티드 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 부형제를 포함하되, 상기 올리고뉴클레오티드는 제10항에 따른 MORT-1 결합 폴리펩티드의 발현을 차단할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
- 아폽토시스성 과정들 또는 계획된 세포 사멸 과정들을 조절하는 방법에 있어서,상기 과정들이 발생하는 세포들을 제10항에 따른 하나이상의 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드로 처리하는 것을 포함하되,상기 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드는, FAS-R의 세포내 도메인에 결합하는 MORT-1에 결합할 수 있거나 p55-R의 세포내 도메인에 결합하는 TRADD에 결합하는 MORT-1에 결합할 수 있고, 이로인해 상기 FAS-R 또는 p55 TNF-R의 활성을 조절/매개할 수 있으며,상기 세포들의 상기 처리는, 상기 세포들안으로 제10항에 따른 하나 이상의 폴리펩티드를 그것의 세포내 도입에 적합한 형태로 도입하거나 상기 세포들 안으로 하나이상의 폴리펩티드를 상기 서열을 운반하는 적합한 벡터의 형식으로 도입하는 것을 포함하되,상기 벡터는 상기 세포들에서 상기 서열이 발현되는 방식으로 상기 서열을 상기 세포들 안으로 삽입할 수 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 아폽토시스성 과정들 또는 계획된 세포 사멸 과정들을 조절하는 방법.
- 제10항에 따른 MORT-1-결합 폴리펩티드에 특이성이 있는 항체들의 활성 단편들.
