Description
Claims (11)
- 기관 배기 시스템에 배치된 미립자 필터와, 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽을 역전하기 위한 역전 수단을 구비하고, 상기 미립자 필터에서는 포집한 미립자가 산화되고, 상기 미립자 필터는 미립자를 포집하기 위한 포집벽을 갖고, 상기 포집벽은 제 1 포집면과 제 2 포집면을 갖고, 상기 역전 수단에 의해서 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽이 역전됨으로써 미립자를 포집하기 위하여 상기 포집벽의 상기 제 1 포집면과 상기 제 2 포집면이 교대로 사용되고,상기 포집벽에는 활성 산소 방출제가 보유되고, 상기 활성 산소 방출제로부터 방출되는 활성 산소가 미립자를 산화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 활성 산소 방출제는 주위에 과잉 산소가 존재하면 산소를 받아들여 산소를 유지하고 또한 주위의 산소 농도가 저하되면 유지한 산소를 활성 산소의 형태로 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서상기 역전 수단은 소정 시간마다 또는 소정 주행거리 마다 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽을 역전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서상기 역전 수단은 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽의 차압이 설정 차압 이상이 되었을 때, 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽을 역전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서상기 역전 수단은 상기 미립자 필터의 미립자 퇴적량이 설정 퇴적량 이상이 되었을 때, 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽을 역전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서때때로, 배기 가스 중의 산소 농도를 저하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서상기 미립자 필터는 산화 기능을 갖고, 상기 역전 수단은 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 출구부의 온도가 배기 입구부의 온도보다 높을 때, 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽을 역전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 역전 수단에 의해 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽을 역전하는 시기가 되어도 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 출구부의 온도가 배기 입구부의 온도보다 높아질 때까지 상기 역전 수단에 의한 상기 역전을 연기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서상기 미립자 필터는 산화 기능을 갖고, 상기 역전 수단은 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 출구부의 온도가 배기 입구부의 온도보다 높고 기관 감속시에 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽을 역전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
- 기관 배기 시스템에 배치된 미립자 필터와 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽을 역전하기 위한 역전 수단을 구비하고, 상기 미립자 필터는 활성 산소 방출제를 보유하고, 상기 활성 산소 방출제로부터 방출된 활성 산소가 상기 미립자 필터의 포집 미립자를 산화시키고, 상기 활성 산소 방출제는 주위에 과잉 산소가 존재하면 NOx를 산소와 결합시켜 유지하며 또한 주위의 산소 농도가 저하되면 결합시킨 NOx 및 산소를 NOx와 활성 산소로 분해하여 방출하는 것이고, 상기 미립자 필터는 미립자를 포집하기 위한 포집벽을 갖고, 상기 포집벽은 제 1 포집면과 제 2 포집면을 갖고, 상기 역전 수단에 의해서 상기 미립자 필터의 배기 상류쪽과 배기 하류쪽이 역전됨으로써 미립자를 포집하기 위하여 상기 포집벽의 상기 제 1 포집면과 상기 제 2 포집면이 교대로 사용되고, 때때로, 상기 주위의 산소 농도를 저하시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 배기 정화장치.
