Claims (4)
- 인간을 제외한 포유동물의 신경 줄기세포(neural stem cell) 배양액에 아스코르브산(ascorbic acid)을 첨가하여 에리트로포이에틴(erythropoietin)을 발현시키는 단계 및 상기 신경 줄기세포 배양액에서 이를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 에리트로포이에틴의 생산방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 인간을 제외한 포유동물의 신경 줄기세포는 태아 중뇌에서 분리 배양한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 인간을 제외한 포유동물의 신경 줄기세포는 태생 12일(E12) 또는 태생 13일(E13)인 래트 태아 중뇌에서 분리 배양한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 인간을 제외한 포유동물의 신경 줄기세포의 배양에서 첨가하는 아스코르브산의 최종농도는 100 내지 400 uM인 것을 특징으로 하는 생산방법.
